“Three times lately I used door dash for my checkers delivery When my order was delivered the past 3 times my order was wrong!
Either Checkers left out something I had ordered OR this time I had ordered a Strawberry Milkshake!! Instead of my Milkshake! They sent me a Strawberry Drink!
Which I definitely did not want.
I wanted the ice cream like I had ordered!
Last time I ordered a Big Buford Combo and there were NO FRIES IN THAT ORDER AT ALL!
3 orders in a row there it was a BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THEM! 😡
I’m disgusted with this Checkers and their CONSTANT ERRORS IN MY ORDERS! 😡
Next time I order something to eat I will be ordering from McDonald’s at least, they have gotten my orders Right!!!
My checkers is on Jimmy Carter Blvd in Norcross Georgia.
I believe someone in their Headquarters should check with them to see what the problem is so it can be fixed!!

iM REWARDS member i get discounts when i make purchases. I had terrible experience at 1205 Monticello, Norfolk, VA i was trying to purchase BOGO double Bufford burger through my reward app. but manger didn't want to honor that saying you come all the time for discounts sound like he was disturb that it bother him that im saving $$$$ such a hater, then i realize the manager block me from getting any specials n discounts from rewards app. i file case to corporate n they not doing nothing about this incident, don't return my call, not getting back with me n etc. So, i have solution to all this madness i wont support them or boycott them, n slip on some bad reviews about them because they need to be expose i don't want anyone else to go through this terrible experience. i will never go back!”

“New Restaurant in South Knoxville and the Buzz around it was Really Good. Well I wasn't so impressed it tasted just like Burger King's burger and I don't care for them either. It sure didn't look nothing like the picture on the menu. The Lettuce suppose to be crispy but instead it was wilted and hot not cold like it supposed to be. I just didn't like it. I ate it cause I was hungry but I won't go back. I was really disappointed they don't offer or stand out to have anything I want. Not impressed. “We’ve been going to Checkers in Tonawanda, NY for quite a long time. They’ve had a recent change in management.
We were greatly disappointed.
The big Buford was OK, just OK.
The mother, cruncher chicken, was over cooked, hard coating and very dry.
French fries were not freshly cooked as they normally have been.
We ordered our lunch to go, and found our disappointing lunch when we arrived home with it. Needless to say we will not be back.

“went to new Checkers in Manassas on Liberia Ave. yesterday order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 milkshakes. when I got them, they had no cheese they were cold, and the buns were hard.
Would not go back again.

“My daughter ordered me a double checker with cheese no mayo no ketchup. This burger was smothered in mayo which made the lettuce and sandwich disgustingly soggy and gross. The fries was saturated in oil. No one should be made to eat this.”
