“My tooth was removed last night under conscious sedation. I felt nothing and remember nothing and the whole experience, from the first telephone call organising the appointment to the moment I walked out of the surgery following treatment, was calm, reassuring and really quite restful! There can't be many people who fear the dentist more than me, hence the type of sedation, and I cannot find enough adjectives to describe how 'pleasant' the experience was. All the staff were wonderful and so kind. Thank you Dr Shah for making something I was terrified of facing into something which caused me no pain whatsoever. I would give a full 10 out of 10 for my treatment and the way it was handled. Well done Chiswell Green Dental Centre.”

“I have been for a root canal and was greeted very well and the procedure was broken down to what will be carried out. I was shocked as I had very little pain, I guess that's what you get when dealing with professionals. Great job.”

“In April 2015, I was referred by my dentist to Dr Claudio Peru. I visited Chiswell Green Dental Centre to see Dr Claudio Peru on three occasions. On my first visit Dr Claudio Peru carried-out a preliminary examination and took x-rays/pictures. Dr Peru explained in detail what was causing the problem and then put forward his proposed specialist treatment plan. Dr Peru was very happy to spend time with me and answer my questions to make sure that I fully understood the planned treatment and associated risks. During my subsequent visits, Dr Peru successfully treated me and I am very pleased to say my tooth was saved! On each visit I received very professional and expert treatment. The facilities in the dental centre are of a very high-standard and all the staff are friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Claudio Peru and Chiswell Green Dental Centre.”

“A root canal procedure is never going to be a pleasant experience however, I was extremely happy with the service that was provided. I was worried that I would feel some pain (due to a bad experience a few weeks prior to my appointment at my local dentists). Although, I was very relieved to find that I didn't feel a thing. All of the staff were very welcoming and Dr Peru was very friendly, put my mind at ease and did a fantastic job. Thank you”

“Not having been there before despite the sign i missed positioning a couple of times for consultation. looks a surgical centre _ serious stuf done here ! Pre and post explanation of work and costs clear Staff professional and polite . Dr Peru exudes professional confidence which gave me confidence for work I was wary of . Clear explanations to the point on options and consequences . felt in confident hands during work The rubber masking the mouth was wierd but understandable not experienced that before did have an issue with saliver build up which had difficulty expressing but response swift . clear explanation of expectation and reasons for post op care requirements . Not even expected after effects rare for me to come out of a dentist feeling bright and confident to do other things . costs reflect higher end work but fixed commitments overall top quality”

“I visited Chiswell Green dental practice on my first impression the clinic was very modern and clean. I was greeted by the receptionist who was professional but made me feel at ease. I then met Dr Peru who was also very professional and reassuring, we went through what I need to do with my teeth and a treatment plan was provided to me so I could see what my next steps were. My second visit was to see Lidiana the Hygienist who done an amazing job my teeth where stained through years of smoking and drinking tea and now they are clean and sparkly I can actually smile and it feels good. Highly recommended and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now thankyou.”

“Excellent experience overall. Dr Peru is friendly and explains the everything clearly and concisely. Only area to improve would be time keeping. I may have been unlucky but both my appointments were late. I would certainly return for future treatment.”

“The procedure was clearly explained and the treatment carried out efficiently with no pain. The result was also explained as was the follow up necessary. A return visit was needed and this was attended to quickly and effectively. The receptionist was also very helpful and knowledgeable in sorting out treatment times and follow up procedures.”

“I would definitely recommend Chiswell Green Dental Centre to others. My first contact was with the receptionist who was extremely friendly,helpful & efficient. At my first appointment I found the rest of the team to have a lovely balance of professionalism & warmth. Dr Peru explained my treatment very clearly & I felt that I was taken good care of throughout the procedure itself. Overall a very positive experience.”

“Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable and capable dental specialists, completely painless and a perfect result. I can strongly recommend Chiswell Green Dental Centre! I saw Dr. Peru (The specialist Endodontist and Practice Principle) for my first appointment, which was to fix a badly decayed and destroyed tooth that already had root canal treatment previously. Being a fairly nervous patient I was somewhat apprehensive about the procedure, but Dr. Peru made me feel completely at ease and he explained the whole procedure to me step by step before we got started: It involved fixing the problems with the root canal, using a laser to recess my gum and expose more tooth structure and finally building the tooth up with some special carbon fiber material which would then need a crown on top of it. The whole procedure was completely pain free, Dr Peru is obviously an extremely talented specialist dentist and his support staff were friendly and very capable. I am 100% happy with the result! I also had a consultation with their Orthodontic specialist Dr. Lucchesi who carried out a thorough assessment of my (crooked) teeth. Again I was extremely impressed by Dr. Lucchesi who carefully explained all the options I had to achieve the perfect smile. I am very much looking forward to getting started with my treatment! The receptionist at the practise wanted to make sure that I didn’t need to come in for 2 appointments (since I live some distance from the practice) so they made sure that both appointments were done one after the other as soon as I walked in the door! Great customer service!”
