“Worst service ever. Someone hacked my account 3 times this week $500 each time.. It’s taken Citibank rep two hours to block my account and my account is not even blocked yet. In fact as I’m sitting here we have been on the phone 4 times and no credit refunded back to me and the block is not done yet. I’m at the W72nd Street Citibank in Manhattan.”
