“24h after I paid for the PS Plus voucher I still do not have a code. Just some strange emails that I need to wait longer for the code.”

“I purchased fifa 21 champion edition, followed all the steps but once I got to the phone number for verification, kept saying my number wasent recognised which is completly false since its a working number, also they was quick enough to take the money aswel and now I'm missing money for a product I never received, still have had no reply from there customer service neither”

“I originally purchased from them with no issues in the past. But as soon as my copy of office started to have an activation issue I kindly asked for a replacement code or some assistance. They refused to help because its been more than a year since the key was purchased. That does not matter, you still support your customer and even by ACCC law you support a consumer REGARDLESS as the software can fault out. Very disappointing.”

“I have never bought from a company that is so incompetent in serving their customers. I bought a code in which there is an error with. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get my money back and every single time I ask for it Leanna completely avoids my request and says that her team are working on my case. It does not take 3 weeks to refund a customer. I try to call the company... no one is ever there to answer the call. They are scammers and will do anything to not refund your money. I am happy to provide anyone with evidence as to why NEVER to deal with this company. I am still awaiting a refund. Whatever you do, never ever buy from this company.... if anything goes wrong with your code or order you are screwed. They will just take your money and never communicate properly with you. It feels like I’m speaking to a robot, not even a real person! I could go on forever. I am just upset and annoyed that my money is taken and still not able to enjoy the item I purchased after nearly a month”

“Don't buy with this company, they do not have support agents and their phone number does not work. No care , they take their time to get the products to you and push back with automatic emails . It took me twice in a row 2.5 weeks to get my order delivered. there wont be a third time”

“DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER!!! Ordered a simple NowTV digital pass Key. Paid by Paypal then verified the transaction ID to be sent a mail telling me to pick up the key only to be asked to verify by mobile no which your automated fields have reformatted country code!!!!! So it’s now not receiving the fraud text having not dropped the 0 for UK - I now don’t have a code - am waiting for your ticket response and I can paid you an hour ago !!!!!!!! Complete fraudsters - Digital purchase should be immediate - instead you now have my money earning interest in your commercial account and I lm not even able to go else where:”

“Very poor. Item didnt work. Support had to be chased around and still haven't paid out. Said I would be charged a fee still unless I accept store credit despite the fact the issue was accepted to be at their end. Save your time and money.”

“They sent me a series of codes that were expired and unable to redeem. Despite that being entirely their fault and with no fault of my own, they only give back store credit. Be aware of this practice and maybe consider purchasing codes elsewhere.”

“Muito mau, comprei conta do office 365, e nunca funcionou. Os dados do Login nunca estiveram corretos. Partilhei o mesmo com a equipa de serviço ao cliente, e não me resolveram o problema. Queria o meu dinheiro de volta, e apenas me foi possivel receber em valor para gastar no site. Péssimo serviço”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible company with worse customer service. Sent product key that didn’t work then strung me out for months trying to get a refund. Never got it resolved with them and had to have payment company investigate to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS!”
