“Bought Office 2017 Home and Business activation key. Installs but will not activate using the Microsoft activation service. I received a new key to try, same result. Still trying to get a refund through Papal. Keys are useless. Do not buy !!”

“I ordered a Microsoft Project and Visio license both didn’t worked. Instead of a refund they credited the money to my account. I then ordered a PES 2021 steam key and the one they sent me was for different region so it didn’t worked either. Now I have to wait until they sell that key in order to get my refund. Stay away”

“Terrible. Items were’t delivered until 18 hours after purchase, and as I was in a rush, I had to purchase from elsewhere. No refund given. Would not recommend.”

“Absolutely appalling company with atrocious customer service - I brought a code' which I waited 2 days for it to actually be sent by email?? It then didn't work on my computer and I requested a cancellation and a refund. Since then they have done nothing but send the same response and ignore my request to refund. In the end they said that if they could sell the unused code to someone else then I could have a store credit??. I will now go through PayPal for a refund and would definitely not recommend this bunch of money grabbing' unhelpful......”

“They are useless. Don’t buy!! They sell fake things. I bought software for a Mac. The key provided was bogus. I complained and they promised to refund. 5 weeks until now they haven’t. It’s a con”

“Awful service. My son ordered Madden 21 Xbox and it was not marked as out of stock. After going through ridiculous and repetitive security checks, the game was "unavailable" and we were asked to wait between 2-12 hours for restock. After waiting even longer we have no key. Will be opening a PayPal dispute if this is not resolved soon. I will not be using CJS again.”

“i'm payed for anti-virous key for 1 year and you send me key that dosen't work , the key bay at 24/09/2020 and still dosen't send me a new one that work , i have a very bad experience , never buy form you anything and i bad recommendation for your website”

“Purchased a VR version of a game by accident. Didn't realise until I'd downloaded the game. Got in contact to request a refund. Mixture of automated responses and real people contradicted themselves and I've not had a refund.”

“Still haven't received a refund after paying for Microsoft Office 365 and getting login details that didn't work. Despite providing proof, all I received was a string of 'gobbledegook' messages that didn't address my complaint in any way. I suspect strongly that the 'customer service agents' are bots rather than real humans. Next stop the ombudsman. Don't use this 'company'.”

“Had problems getting the key, got an expired key, can't get a refund after explaining that there is no media tab on the Playstation account menagement and sent all the proof I possibly could to try to get a refund. No refund in sight. Prolly won't get it anytime soon. Not recommended.”
