If you are going to buy a Claddagh Ring might as well come to the source where it all began. She bought me a beautiful band here, and now I bought my daughters a Claddagh ring from the same shop. I decided to get myself a Claddagh ring this year since I can't travel due to Covid I might bring a little bit of sunshine from across the sea to my home and heart. Beautiful rings as always.”

“First of all: I like the locket very much. But there is one thing that you could not see on the picture on the Claddagh Jewellers Page when I ordered the locket: The locket and the Claddagh-Symbol are not in "one piece", but the symbol is somehow attached to the surface. And there are gaps between both parts. So I wonder if it might break one day if I'm not careful enough. After all, the locket might get stuck on a pullover with the edges of the symbol. I've attached some pictures to show what I mean. I've stuck a small piece of paper in the gap to show that I'm right. But as I said: So far I'm quite happy with the locket. Thank you very much.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. The silver would be soldered on so it wont be an issue that it will break. It is done this way to make sure that the Claddagh emblem stands out. Hi Christi, Thank you for leaving a review. We checked your order and and this pendant is not plated therefor it would not be peeling and we do not see that in the image. What is happening to your necklace is it is tarnishing and this is something that happens to all silver items. It can happen quicker to items if they are worn in the shower, sprayed with purfume or left on windowsills with direct sunlight, to name a few. Luckily, this is easily fixed by bringing it to your jeweller to be cleaned and using a polishing cloth to polish the item.
