Totally disgusted by this company. I sent a request online with a detailed list and photo of the collection. Showed the driver when he arrived and all he said was he liked the look of the guitar and was going to keep it, tends to do this whenever he picks up if he sees things he likes. I offered him help and asked him to chap the door if he needed anything. Only for 20 minutes later receive an email stating job done they took 50kg of the 200kg I booked. I went outside to find 6 drawers and small bedside table had been taken. £145 for that!!!! I then spent several hours trying to call and email and use the online chat to get a call 5 hours later stating I should have got a quote instead, the driver couldn't knock the door to speak to me, it's the weekend and the phone lines aren't open (although this is not stated when I called purely said 5 min queue and cut me off after 10 minutes), driver will not be keeping any item for himself. I am gobsmacked at the lack of service but quickness that the money was taken from my account.

I booked with them and they provided me with a afternoon time slot confirmed via email, but turned up 3.5 hours early first thing in the morning without any prior notice the day before, so I was unavailable. They called once when they arrived but did not leave any voicemail so I did not know who the call was from. I had no other contact from them (SMS, call, email) that there was a change in delivery time before the booking. And there was no contact prior to the arrival on the day that they were were arriving at that time. The first contact I had from them on the day was when they arrived at just after 8am in the morning. I don't see how I was supposed to accommodate this sudden change without any notice the day before. All the information they provided me stated the afternoon time slot, and as far as I was aware that had not changed as I'd had zero other notice of this. I waited in all day and contacted their chat bot multiple times, expecting them to show up at the time slot they stated, which they did not. It turns out, hidden away in t&c's, they state they can show up at any time during the day but would provide prior notice. I wouldn't have minded this if they'd given me the notice they said they would. A change to first thing in the morning with zero prior notice was pretty unreasonable. They need to make this clearer to their customers that they can and will change your slot without notice. Customer service would not rectify this is issue. They would not accept they hadn't given me right information or any notice when things had changed. They stated the single call from the driver when they arrived with no voicemail was sufficient. It could have been a simple fix for them to rearrange the collection for me or refund the fee, but they didn't want to do this - a real shame. I would not suggest booking with this company if you want a reliable time slot.

Was quoted £200 for collection of items. Sent clear photos of items to collected. Got a phone call saying it was more than expected and I would have to pay £140 as pictures were not clear about how much there. Avoid at all costs. Dishonest, unscrupulous company.

I ordered 2 new sofas from DFS, I paid £129 for Cleerabee to come on 15th December 2023 to dismantle and dispose of our 2 old sofa's. No-one turned up, and no contact from Cleerabee. So contracted DFS as new ones were being delivered first thing 16th December. Nightmare!! We have no room for 4x3 seater sofas in our lounge. Very kind delivery drivers for DFS helped us out big time, by dismantling the old ones and putting outside. Doing half the job that we had paid Cleerabee to do. Cleerabee finally arrived on 18th December. When I vented my fury of the situation, the delivery men were very apologetic. But said they get this all the time. I certainly will not be using Cleerabee again, or recommending them to anyone. Their lack of contact is appalling.

I am the partner of a colleague who has not long been driving for this company and feel compelled to add yet another bad review of this company. That's if you can call it a company!!! Clearabee have no support, respect or regard for its driving employees. My partner gets sent up and down the country, on his own, in a clapped out van. No PPE, safety gear, torches, trollies, first aid kit etc. Working in the wet and dark at 8pm at night, getting injured etc. Turning up at jobs that have already been done by another driver???? There is zero communication, zero organisation and zero anything. Complete time wasters. A 15+ hour day is standard. This is NOT the impression given at interview stage. Anybody that considers applying for work here. DON'T!!! Especially if you value your health, safety and work life balance. Clearabee, DO NOT message my fella at 9pm at night when he has just walked in to say you need to complete your jobs on the app. He will when he has the chance. How can you work on an app when you are driving all day! Sort it out Clearabee. Sending a lone driver to pick up household appliances with no trollies or assistance?? Come on. You are a serious accident waiting to happen and I hope somebody sues your asses very soon. JOKERS!!!!

cant write a good review paid £159 to have several items removed clearly stated on the form you fill in and also plain to see on the E-mail receipt, so they came just took my Mattress none of the other things on that list, contacted them they then said we have collected what was on list if you want the rest removed we will have to re charge you. dishonest company do not trust them i am going to take them to ombudsman as i have the receipt.

If only zero stars was an option!!! Such a shambles of a company, didn't arrive for my collection and didn't contact me, I had to contact them only to be told it would be first thing on Monday. Monday comes but no collection, again no contact from the company to advise this. When I contacted them again, I was advised they had moved it to the Wednesday now - I cancelled the collection as I couldn't deal with another let down. I understand things happen but on both occasions they knew they couldn't complete the collection but still arranged it. I was more mad at the lack of contact from the company, they had got my money so they didn't care that I had a street full of rubbish for collection.

worst company i've used by a long shot. I paid £100 for them to remove my small sofa out of my new house which didn't take very long. Upon removing it they damaged the wall in my hallway down to the plaster and also ripped the door stop off of its hinges. I've contacted Clearabee probably around 10 times now about this and had a total of 0 correspondence from them. Every time i use their online chat i'm told they cannot help and someone will contact me... which they never do. would advise anyone to AVOID this company

Disgraceful! Took advantage of the fact i would not be present at collection to remove less rubbish than I paid for thinking I would not notice, luckily I went and checked the property that evening Customer service couldn’t care less, we have incurred extra costs as had to pay a premium to get another company to remove the rubbish on a Sunday due to an estate agent coming to photograph our property Incredibly sneaky and dishonest quite frankly couldn’t care less , not sorry at all for the inconvenience and extra costs we have now incurred AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! We had a couple of furniture items removed, including a sofabed, by them under contract from DFS when we were buying a new couch. When they were removing the sofa bed, they took the bed out but declined to take off the feet. When they took it out the front door the feet took a couple chunks out of our new front door (installed less than a month before) the driver and helper didn't even tell my wife this happened, just sat in the van and then left. My wife has some anxieties so wasn't in the room with them when they finished. She called me at work in tears due to the damage. I got in contact with Clearabee about this and at first they offered me £40 to settle it, I refused they then offered their "max" of £89, I refused again. Due to the style of door it requires a complete replacement of the door and case, costing around £2000. I had them escalate the issue, and waited 2 weeks with no response, when I emailed them again I was told they were waiting on their 'restoration team' I have since recieved no responses from them to any emails. I have called and had them escalate to the complaints manager and still nothing, I have even had DFS contact them and nothing. Some context regarding this; my wife had cancer and received an insurance payout which is why we were able to do some work on the house, including the new door and sofa. They were made aware of this. The stress and trauma with how they have NOT handled this situation has had a detrimental effect on her.

Gave up one days work and waited. However 5.15 pm we were told they cannot come today and will arrive tomorrow sometime. Tomorrow is the arrival if our new settles. Very disappointing. We will re-review if they turn up tomorrow.

I bought a medium skip bag for a bathroom refurbishment, once it was full I requested its removal twice over 2 weeks with no result, finally contacted them via a webchat which was painfully slow. They then said it would likely be 'in their experience' overweight and would not collect until I had paid an extra £120. They say it will be weighed and if not that heavy the balance returned but only they get to weigh it!!! The max weight in their medium bag is 250kg, the same bag from Hippobag will take 1.5 tons and only costs a few pounds more. This company is a rip off and I certainly won't use them again.

They've taken things that were worth money but left the rubbish now if you ask me or anyone else that's done on purpose these items were not for a skip let's just say, my daughters 2 brand new scooters and my youngest 3 weeler. These people will continue to have calls until this issue is resolved. £100 gone after we pay £480 and still left with have of my rubbish not cleared. I'm absolutely disappointed hurt by this. Its been 3 hours since an investigation took place to find my stuff, still no call to say they found it. I'm fuming and I will stay angry until I have my kids stuff back.. can i just say 1 more that i paid for the xxlarge man with a van to still have 3 qaurters of a garage full and have taken £100 worth of scooter. £580 I'm broken and fuming.

I do not usually write reviews but had no choice. Yesterday my neighbour was using them and their rubbish was blown to my garden. Instead of apologising they had the cheek to blame me since my fence was broken rather than their fault for not responsibly putting it away. Even if it was a mistake the normal thing is to apologise for the mistake caused. I feel it is important to tell my experience so it does not happen to anyone else.

I arranged for 1 sofa to be removed, they took both my sofas, I am currently Left now with no sofas in my living room. Clearabee have told me that it’s not their responsibility because they can take up to 3 items if asked. Well they weren’t asked. They continue to deny responsibility, meanwhile I am left with no sofa To sit on
