“This is such a waste company with no commitments and sense of responsibility.. no value for some one’s hard earned money and health. I ordered a pair of specs because my doctor asked me to wear specs while working as I was facing issues with my eyesight.. I ordered from Cleardekho, the store keeper told me to collect it tomorrow and pay the complete amount in one go. I payed. Next day when I went to collect the specs, he told me maam its not yet done.
Please come tomorrow, it will be ready. I called next day to ask about it. He disconnected my call and blocked my number and my husband’s phone number too. He never told that the store will be closed on Wednesday on the time of ordering. Also, he started ignoring our callls.
Is this a kind of sevice, u guys are giving.
He gave me commitment that on tuesday, my specs will be ready.

“I ordered two specs for me one photogromatic lens and second ordinary lens..I received both from clear dekho shop sector 9/10 deviding road faridabad.. photogromatic is ok..but simple lens specs line visible in centre..it's looks very bad.all can see it..when you take selfie this deviding line shows in selfie..I call the showroom land line number repeatedly but no body pick the phone .I call customer care number but no anyone pick. “Very poor quality and service by cleardekho. Around 4 months I wanted to give them a try. It was mainly for my parents. I paid around 15k for two specs. Both of them with break-less lens. Initially, they took ages to get them done. They made it and made it wrong. On top of it, they tell us to mould us the way we should wear specs rather than them correcting the defect. With a lot of to and fro, we accepted the fact that they are not going to do anything. 4-5 months down the lane, one of the frame and lens are broken and they now say that we don't cover physical damage. But wait ! wasn't the lens supposed to be breakless ?”

“I invested 12Lakhs in #Cleardekho eyewear" franchise by trusting the brand value of the company but after windup due to loss they offer slump value of 3Lakhs for the entire setup including Machines, Stocks, Furniture&Furnishing,etc.. by saying they have not promised anything regarding Buyback in the Termination clause of the Agreement. Their own website mentions "zero" risk on stocks and investment, buyback facility but after windup they ignores the calls and emails. Think 100times before investing your hard earned money.”
