“Magic service. I range in about my faulty glass washer at 9.30 and, by 11, the engineer was with me. We agreed I needed a new machine, it was ordered immediately, delivered the next morning and installed that afternoon. Brilliant!”

“Nick did everything he could to get the dishwasher working. He came in as soon as possible and then came in to try new parts including on a Saturday. When it proved impossible to repair the machine he got a replacement machine and kept checking when he could schedule in to fit it until we had the authority to go ahead with the purchase”
