“In the past I have spend more than £2000 with closet. However I placed an order which was delivered on 1st December. When I tried to return some items on 31/12 this was refused as per policy. Admittedly I was 2 days over the date but they wouldn’t take into account the extra bank holidays nor my past custom.
I will never buy again.
It’s sickening that they value their customers so little.”
“Very poor customer Service👎 I placed an order for a red dress and immediately, within the minute, wanted to change it to blue. After numerous emails and on line chat attempting to change it, I was told by Edita that she could cancel this order and order a new one. Then she said it was too late it had already been dispatched. Disgraceful service! 👎👎👎”
