“Quality of the clothes is 2nd to none I love their dresses and have had lots. The last two orders have left me disappointed as one of the dresses had faulty stitching down the back so had to be returned. As the Premier customer, I never look at delivery as I assumed, as before it was next day delivery, so the dresses didn’t arrive for my party. Partly my fault. I re-ordered the dress again It ticked for next day delivery and it took more than two days! DHL delivered my dress, normally they leave it in a cupboard and leave me a calling card. He put the dress in the side cupboard, took a photo with the door closed, then opened the door, removed the parcel and took it with him. (Video evidence) I received an email asking me to arrange alternative delivery. Saying the parcel Needed a signature ???? No calling card was left. I have never had to do this before with this company. I’m not sure what’s changed. it puts me off ordering anything for a special event as I still do not have the dress and it’s three days since I ordered it. Normally I would give a five star review, as the company have been amazing in the past. Just disappointed recently”

“I recently bought some swimwear from Club L's beautiful Serata collection. Having checked the size chart, I decided to order the same swimwear items in two different sizes as I'm sort of in-between sizes. My parcel arrived promptly via DPD express next-day delivery and I was delighted with the bikini set I'd ordered. I love the colour (bronze) and the unique, on-trend style (high-waist bottoms and ruched top). Also, the price at £65 for the set is very reasonable given the high quality and finish of the outfit. However, I did need to send one size back (the smaller set as it happened) and that was easily done following Club L's returns instructions. I have since received email confirmation that my return has been received and that my refund is being processed. I also made a customer service enquiry about points/rewards on my Club L account and that was also answered promptly, clearly and cheerfully. A great online shopping experience!”
