“Booked Jamie’s as a valentines treat for my fiancé.... worst experience of my life!! Booked for 20:30hrs still waiting to be seated an hour later, surrounded by 25 other guests waiting for the same. We had to leave in the end without being seated, our evening was ruined, it was so late we couldn’t even find another restaurant to eat. We ended up back at the hotel room, hungry and let down. We would never visit one of Jamie’s restaurants again, what a total waste of time, no respect for customers,avoid at all costs”
