“For Christmas, I ordered three pairs of heated gloves. I waited 3 weeks to get my product, very disappointed and when I got the shipment, I was more disappointed for the quality. I was expecting a heated gloves with powerful lithium batteries but instead got a battery box with a regular AA batteries which doesn’t provide any efficient heating. After using one pair for a week, the side stitches started to fall apart. Very disappointing. At this point, I wanted to return the other unused 2 gloves but found it very difficult to deal with a customer service online. Do not buy from this company or companies dealing directly with Chinese products

“I ordered a phone case a 2 months are so ago. I got 2 pair of Chop Sticks. No one talks to me other than a text message. Either send back to China. The cost is a lot more than the Chop Sticks and more than the case cost. Offered to send $15.00 . Watch the China business this happened to me before. Dont orderfrom China.

After several attemps to find out where why item is with no result I ask to cancel my order and get a refund. Their response sorry we've sent it so no. Awful customer services.
