Our original vanity purchase shipped broken and now we are still waiting for our replacement while we keep our contractors waiting so they can finish our bathroom remodel. I would think that a replacement shipment would move faster so as to show your customers good faith. was told by one of the customer reps that it should be expedited… well that’s a lie obviously. After we finally get our replacement and hopefully it isn’t broken also, I will feel better about your company!!!!

Absolutely LOVE our new vanity. It arrived in perfect condition and was EXACTLY as pictured and described. The Rep I spoke to answered all of my questions and the vanity arrived sooner than expected which was great : )

I bought A Vanity that cost me 2,000.00$ and I made the mistake of not opening the box until my contractor installed it, the legs were rusted and there were paint problems! The customer salesman basically told me that it was my problem and not there's and they would send me A paint stick to fix It! Are you kidding me??? Stay away from this company!

I ordered this vanity two times. The first one came damaged and I reordered it. I also was told to keep the damaged one and they would send me a new one. I got the new one and it has been installed. It is beautiful, well made and looks great! The gentlemen on the phone, I spoke to three times. He has wonderful customer service skills. Every one in retail should be that lucky to have someone like him. I would refer Vanities Depot to others.

I purchased a James Martin vanity from vanities depot. The vanity countertop out of the box had gross imperfections on the surface. The final finish was inconsistently applied leaving large gaps on the surface, inconsistent shading, and drip marks on the front edges. I brought this to the attention of the vanities depot and manufacturer who accused me of applying a cleaner to the surface causing the damage. They refused any remediations as the counter top was already installed on the vanity and accused me of causing the problem. This was a gross dereliction in responsibility to the defective manufacturing standard and misrepresentation of their manufacturer's warranty. Buyer beware. Do not purchase James Martin vanities and find another reseller that supports the consumer.

Very happy with my vanity, although, shortly after I purchased it, I went back to the website only to find that there was, surprisingly, a 15% off offer, but I had already purchased it and was unable to claim it. HUM!!!

Vanity arrived in2 days! Perfect condition. Gentleman in the warehouse that I spoke to was very polite. Quality of vanity excellent, like a piece of furniture, was a little darker than I expected, but for the price, no regrets! Great customer service! Just wished they had alerted us it was on the way that day. Lucky it wasn’t raining.

The vanity we ordered was on backorder from the manufacturer. The tracking supplied wasn't good. The vanity just showed up and luckily we were home to receive it. The rest of the process was fine, but the shipping and interactions with support around the shipping were very subpar in today's world. You should take a hard look at this area.

We were very happy with the service and our vanity. Our order was processed quickly, the delivery went well and the shipping boxes were in perfect order. There was no damage and we are pleased with the quality overall. We would buy from Vanities Depot again.
