“Never use the partnered delivery service! every time the driver has got lost and has no idea how to get to the nominated delivery address. Hardest part is the multiple drivers not speaking English, which then makes it impossible. Yet the Coles delivery truck has no issues what so ever!”

“I have been shopping at coles for over 20 years but that has now changed. My online order was canceled at no fault of my own. Instead of organising a redelivery like I requested. I was forced into a refund… that was on Wednesday, today is Sunday. I am still with out my money and am unable to do a food shop to feed my children. I have reached out to coles on many occasions and was told someone would be in touch and yet nothing.

Regardless of quantity ordered I have NEVER in 10 years had Coles deliver either, always out of stock, each and every day of the week.

“I went to coles Newstead Launceston today and purchased a primo short cut bacon pack.
It had a sale sign if front of the packs half price $7.25. I got charged $18.90 when I call the store they checked the ticket and said that it was for the 750 gram which was half price not the 1 kg. I replied with there were only those packs there with a sale sign in front of them and she replied well it looks like they have just filled it up. I said that’s false advertising and you should have taken the sign down if there were no 750g packs left because they look identical. The store manager said there was nothing he could do for me I couldn’t return the product because of store policy. I want to know if it’s store policy tricking people into spending more money??? I will never shop there again 😞 I can’t believe I have shares in your company”
“I have been spending up to $800 per month with Coles. I received an email that states at the top my name and here's $25 off when you spend $100.I placed an order yesterday total cost $400 plus and did not receive the $25 off I rang and spoke to customer service and the guy said it will come off when you receive your invoice. Order came today and no $25 off rang Coles and they said I wasn't entitled to the discount and its in the terms and conditions that it only apply's to Unilever products. What a joke I had to scroll to the very end of the email and in very fine print it was mentioned. “I am glad I live close to this Beechboro Coles WA supermarket store, because almost every week I shop there I get robbed on some items. Today I got Turkish bread that was reduced but again I was charged full price which I forgot to check while there. It is embarrassing to line up and have to say the same story repeatedly. Shoppers check your dockets because I do not believe that I am the only one this happens to. On some items there is potential amount of money lost.”
