The bravery of every person who fronts up to do their daily duties - to maintain smiling, excellent care as they provide the services of guiding us to find items that their shelves are lacking; or helpful suggestions of alternative items; to make our shopping easier- where itā€™s lately, more like a taking part in a ā€˜Treasure Huntā€™ - I highly commend every Coles Team member for helping to make life as normal as possible in this historic time of our lives- overcoming Coronavirus challenges. Thank you all Thank goodness for Coles Supermarkets.

Love the Souvlaki Chicken Strips, however didnt read the warning about the bones. After buying this product regularly and never seeing a bone, today I unfortunately included a large bone in a wrap which was a choking hazard. Please be careful as I wasnt.

Coles staff should be trained in packaging especially the checkout assistants. They should learn that raw meat should not be packed with other food items.

I am glad I live close to this Beechboro Coles WA supermarket store, because almost every week I shop there I get robbed on some items. Today I got Turkish bread that was reduced but again I was charged full price which I forgot to check while there. It is embarrassing to line up and have to say the same story repeatedly. Shoppers check your dockets because I do not believe that I am the only one this happens to. On some items there is potential amount of money lost.

Click and collect appears to be beyond my local store . Too many mistakes. The Flybuy bonus offers' seem to be be put forward , the day after I have already shopped. ...... I must say tho that my falling opinion of Coles overall, has only been evident this year. I do hope they can overcome what i see as a massive nose dive .

Absolutely sick to death of Coles raising their prices practically every week..their brand soft drinks jumped from 90c to $1 now &1.10 just recently plus alot of other products too. I buy my dog quite often a dried chicken breast where the dog food is they were always $3 today $3.50 it's outrageous & they need to be investigated.. they're a rip off I'm done shopping there

You're advertising that prices are down, particularly minced meat at $11.00 per kilo. However as a single pensioner, I only wanted half a kilo but it was $9.00 for 1/2 a kilo. How can you justify that? Half of $11 is $5.50. I did not buy any meat from you. I can get it from the butcher for a cheaper price!!

Ordered Boston bun which couldn't be supplied replaced by another product which was nothing like a Boston bun. Don't know what these pickers are thinking (are they thinking) but if you can't give me what I ordered Don't pick for me

Your staff are awesome but corporate are the scourge of the earth. I am guessing with record profits they get huge bonuses under guise of investors returns. They don't care about us customers, we are a means to an end...the end of which is their individual income pushing up well and truly over 6-7 figures. Look at how low you pay the front line employees, the ones who actually do the work (unlike you lot), how are they supposed to pay rent and feed themselves. Oh that's right, you lot do not care do you because you think a pathetic discount makes up for it. It's absolutely disgraceful when prices have double on almost everything while inflation has decreased and your profit margins increase. I call it profiteering.... don't blame your suppliers or the cost or the cost of transport. Have some transparency and accountability. Transport is tax deductible, so are wages and losses plus the company has an extremely low tax rate compared to us customers. An inquiry may find you lot profiteering but we all know nothing will come of it because you lot have a monopoly on the food market. And as we have seen before with fuel prices nothing gets done. So I am now boycotting your shops and will go to the independent shops. I hope all Australian do so that your profits plummet, forcing the company to reduce prices to what they should be.

Online ordering system is a joke, it says on the customers end the order is there but when you speak to so called customer service they say they cannot find it. They then will not attempt to deliver it and say it was my fault when clearly it is listed on my order page as a active order. Way of compensation is a big 20 dollars and a very very insincere apology, if you can call it that. Arrogant and rude staff who really do not care, must be good to be big business and be supported by the government so you are not accountable for anything.

Not fresh A lot Not available, then why could I order? Especially as what was missing was the reason I chose this option. When I look at my total order I am dissapointed at how little costs so much. Unreliable always.

Coles customer care is non existent ,you get to speak to an idiot on the phone who has no intention of helping you .I done an order online and it wouldnā€™t process because the site crashed .I done another order that worked. Then Iā€™m informed 2 orders are coming .Their solution take the goods back to Coleā€™s to whom do I take it too .Then call them back and we may refund you .im sure Coles are going to take back lettuce ,tomatoes perishables back .i am never going to get Coles shopping again.Another customer going to Woolworths .How much has that cost the company.religiously shopped every week there .I will lodge with consumer rights on this .now Coleā€™s can shove it up there ass !!!! look at your review status you morons .Consumer support staff can hear at home being complete muppets .good bye and f##k off .

I have been shopping at coles for over 20 years but that has now changed. My online order was canceled at no fault of my own. Instead of organising a redelivery like I requested. I was forced into a refundā€¦ that was on Wednesday, today is Sunday. I am still with out my money and am unable to do a food shop to feed my children. I have reached out to coles on many occasions and was told someone would be in touch and yet nothing. Customers beware & avoid coles. This is a regular occurrence.

Took my money for my online order, then on the day the order is supposed to be delivered, CANCEL the order and say they aren't going to deliver it?!!!! Online customer service just gave standard template responses and offered no resolution to keep a long time customer happy. Will never do my online shopping with Coles again, will stick to Woolworths. Woolworths would never do this to their customers.

The mince meat is usually off a number of days before the use by date. Customer service now is dreadful also. Unhelpful, arrogant manager who rejected the return of a Coles Branded product without a receipt. The customer service representative on the complaints hotline advised me that I should have been provided a refund or exchange when it was returned to the store and provided me with a Reference No. to get an exchange - when visiting the store again, I was advised the reference number was not relevant. Coles have lost the plot on customer service. My last spend at Coles Tooronga.

Small muffins in cellophane, a good cheap snack for mums and kids on the move, was $1, now $1.75 - not worth it, and a 75% markup. WTF?? 12 items or less checkout now mostly blocked, rarely manned. Wait til a smoker shows up before staff arrive. This is to encourage customers to use the hated self serve.

Coles delivered today, and again sent expired food, I went off them for a bit anyway from this issue giving them a chance, but now gone with Woolworth as never had this issue, this happens a lot I highly recommend anyone not to buy from coles, you pay high prices and get expired food, waste of money. Had to share as donā€™t want other families to go through this.
