“The covers went on very easily, they fit beautifully and elevated the look of the chair and ottoman, the fabric was high quality and the color was perfect. Thanks so much!”

“Nous sommes enchantés du changement de décoration grâce à ces nouvelles housses. Nous avions commandé des échantillons mais c'est toujours délicat d'imaginer le résultat en grand. Le tissu est superbe, doux et agréable au toucher. Les housses sont plus faciles à installer que les housses IKEA d'origien pour les coussins du haut (fermeture éclair plus longue). Les finitions sont parfaites, les fermetures éclair solides. Seul petit bémol, elles sont un peu grandes. J'aurais préféré que le résultat soit plus tendu.”

“I was disappointed when I got my covers. The color wasn’t what I expected from the pictures and they don’t fit my couches well. The corner of one of the covers ripped while I was trying to install it with my husband but there are folds in other areas. The only reason I’m keeping the covers is because they truly are claw scratch resistant and I’ve been fed up with looking at my scratched up couch”

Hey Holly! Sad to hear about the fit not being perfect :( Would it be possible to drop our customer support team an email so that we can look into this for you? You can email us at info@comfort-works.com We can offer replacements (with adjustments if needed) for these sorts of situations. It sounds like some parts are way too tight, hence explaining the ripped section while installing them. “I couldn’t be happier with my new slipcovers. I have a Pottery Barn comfort square arm sofa and loveseat that were in desperate need of a refresh. I ordered new covers in the Performance Weave Stone and am amazed at the transformation. The new covers fit perfectly—looks like brand new furniture. “The quality, material, and fit are superb! Only disappointment is the color. I ordered the textured weave dark denim. Knowing that denim is blue, and the photo looked blue; well it is really a dark green/blue. Unfortunately, it clashes with my decor so I have covered my sofa with a slip cover. Recommend ordering swatches if you have the time.”

We're sorry to learn about the colour of the fabric not being quite as blue as you liked, Carol! Yes, we do recommend getting samples beforehand as the way the colours display on your device screens can vary a lot depending on the manufacturer of said screens. “Very much impressed by the quality of this sofa cover (an Ikea Manstad). Fit is perfect, and installation is very easy thanks to little pictograms. Fabric has excellent quality (I ordered samples first to choose). 3 weeks between order and delivery, as expected. Very happy with my now "newer than new" sofa!”

Hi Lukas, sorry to hear about the holes not being present on the covers. In the product description, we mentioned that some incisions need to be cut to allow the bolts to go through (if needed), but we're still investigating ways to improve this. Our current workaround involves having a special request to sew the chaise and sofa covers together as a single-piece sofa cover.
