“I really like how the cover has transformed my living room, but putting it on was a hassle and some of the craftsmanship was questionable. The arm corners did not match up completely, no matter how hard I pulled. I fixed the front and the back was off and vice versa. I settled for the back being uneven. An extra 1/8 in would have made it easier. Thankfully the corners won't be seen as they're against the wall, but I know it's there and it's disappointing for the price I paid. Overall it seems durable, I like the fabric.”

“The cover I ordered for a Kramfors Ikea sofa (discontinued) fits easily and perfectly and the fabric is beautifully soft. I'm really pleased with the quality and fit. I previously ordered covers from a Swedish company and they were very difficult to put on, a bit too snug, and shrunk further when washed. The colour (Madison teal) is not exactly the same as the fabric swatch I ordered (admittedly a year ago, which was probably my mistake). The fabric doesn't have the grainy quality I was expecting, the colour is more uniform and looks lighter than I thought it would. So while I wouldn't hesitate to order again, I think I should have reordered fabric swatches before finally making my purchase.”

“When I ordered my slip cover, I in advertently ordered two. To say I was stressed would be an understatement, however the company resolved the situation in a timely manner and I was able to relax and placed the original order of one. As much as my slipcover fits my PB grande sofa beautifully, I was disappointed with the fabric color. I ordered the cream velvet, which I had the sample of. The sample colour appeared to be lighter than the actual slip covers. The slip covers have a definite gray hue to them, and I will just half to get used to a slightly darker sofa. The fabric is extremely comfortable and I think with the number of cats I have it will hold up wonderfully.A friend of mine, who is a seamstress, was quite impressed with the quality of the product. I will be purchasing future slipcovers from Comfort works.”

“Pleasantly surprised that the fabric was as heavy as it turned out to be and that the fit matched the original sofa seat covers, although a little tighter that I would have liked (a lot of readjustment to get the seams to line up. That being said, the finished product looks great on the sofa. Hopefully, it will provide years of wear and the gray fabric will be more fade-resistant than the original IKEA fabric.”

“EL paquete ha llegado y el producto es bueno y adecuado, de buen material. El problema ha sido el tiempo de entrega, muy largo a mi parecer, y los costes de envío y aduana. Para poder entregarme el producto la empresa de transporte (Fedex) me exigió de un pago de más de 50€ por los gastos aduaneros. No tenía contemplado este importe porque pensé que el coste de envío cubría todos los gastos.”

“Very satisfied with the chair covers I ordered online, they are gorgeous! I will order here again in the future. Only thing that was a bit unclear is when I would receive a track and trace, would have been nice if I knew that right after I ordered. But the customer service is good and I like this company!”

Hi Anne, thank you for your review. Happy to hear you love your new Nils slipcovers! Sorry if the tracking was unclear. The lead time for usual IKEA slipcovers are 6-7 weeks upon confirmation, and once the order completes production you will receive an email with relevant tracking details for your reference. It will either be in your Inbox or sometimes ends up in the Spam folder, but thanks for sharing. We'll share the feedback with the team to see how we can improve this moving forward. “I ordered a Klippan Love Seat Cover and 4 wooden legs. I love the look of the legs, though they are a little shorter than the metal ones which will be an adjustment, and I had to unscrew the metal rods a bit on 2 of them to make them fit the frame. The cover doesn't have the elastic straps my old Ikea one did to keep it tucked in place which was disappointing, but otherwise it fit great. I love the color and the material seems great. Overall pretty satisfied with my purchase.”

Hi Allie, thank you for your honest feedback! We're glad that you're mostly satisfied with your slipcovers :). As for the sofa legs, we have a few varieties that have differing heights and they can all be adjusted. The slipcovers also indeed do not come with the straps but they can still be tucked neatly for a perfect finish. “Really great quality fabric (better than the original IKEA covers) and very well made. Our sofa looks like new! We ordered samples, then some more and it was totally worth spending the time picking the right fabric. We even had a family spreadsheet with rankings before selecting! The covers fit very well and have made our saggy, rubbed old sofa fresh again. The only issue we have to report is that the cable provided for the USB charging port doesn't fit into its holder within the cover. We have fudged it with a different cable - this small detail is all that prevents us from reporting a perfect experience.”

“Happy with our revitalised couches - thanks! Went for charcoal canvas that looks great in the room and I love the aspect of recovering and not replacing the couches. I was a bit nervous as there was a lot of back and forth getting measurements right but Comfort Works were always quick and personable in response. Covers fit perfectly but the slip covers took a bit of getting on, and a zip (mentioned in another review might be a good idea) All in all very happy. Would recommend.”

“Not a quick fix but a great fix. I own a discontinued Ikea couch that started literally tearing apart but I loved the couch and it fit perfectly in my space. I am always skeptical ordering products from overseas because I just don’t know how other countries regulate their businesses and it’s hard to know what’s a scam or not. These are 100% real which I assumed was too good to be true since literally nowhere else could help me. The slip covers are great quality, heavy durable fabric, well sewn (my roommate is a seamstress), and fit relatively well. I’ve owned the couch for 3+ years so the foam has been deformed which is probably the cause of one of the slip covers not fitting quite perfect but I expected that. Could probably dry lean the cushions to help them fluff back up. Either way great product just takes some time to make and ship (about 6 weeks) so plan accordingly if you are needing a quick fix. They also send fabric samples which is super helpful if you don’t know what you want. Be warned those also take weeks to get. In total between samples and final order I think it was about 11 weeks but well worth it for a brand new couch.”

Thank you for the kind words, Jonathan! We're thrilled that we have saved your Ekebol, as is our main objective :). While the wear and tear of the cushions do play a part in the cushions losing their 'puffiness', this may be fixed by refluffing the cushions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMOSmuo_OjU. Please refrain from dry-cleaning the slipcovers as this could shrink the slipcovers even more than expected. In fact, the Performance Blend fabrics are coated with nano-coating that give it the liquid-repellent nature so you wouldn't even need to machine-wash the slipcovers often. If you do wash it, please do so in cold wash settings (below 30 degrees celcius) and drip dry the slipcovers in shade. You may also refer to the fabric swatches' back labels that have the care instructions. Thank you.

“Ikea Holmsund sleeper--Though it's always hard to see colors on the computer, the navy color IS what I hoped it would be. The sofa cover fits well, almost as well as the Ikea one that came with the sofa. There are four main pieces and five cushion pieces. I'm particularly pleased with how tightly the arm pieces fit. It seemed expensive, because it's three times as much as the Ikea cover. But Ikea only offers three or four colors and Comfort Works offers dozens. And it does fit remarkably well.”
