“Very easy to install. My chimney has a heat box installed when the house was built. After receiving the stove, I wasn't sure if the flexpipe would fit through the flue correctly, but it worked out perfectly. I'm very pleased.”

“I have 2 new HP22 stoves. I've been very happy with my purchases and replacement parts,I bought gasket kits and bought some fuses for when I need them. I give 5 stars to their service department always available to help and answer questions. I'm glad they got in the stainless pots as the cast iron lasted about 3 mo before cracking.I burn red fir. As soon as my old ones wear out I will try them.”

“I love our pellet stove! This was the best choice and this thing works so good! I like that it has a thermostat so it kicks on and off nicely without making it hot. “My Comfortbilt HP22 is an attractive well built unit. The main defect is with ignition which is not reliable. I have purchased the new stainless steel firepot which may help cure this defect. The second is the digital controls are too complicates and not intuitive. Lastly when you move the control unit to the side it conflicts with the side access door when it opens.”
