Not very knowledgeable of the products they sell or the install aspect of the pellet stove or the install of the vent pipe you sell. I ordered a bronze hp61 and received a black hp61. Shipping took forever but was free. Very disappointed in my experience with everything. The only thing I hope for now is that this pellet stove is well built and will last for years. We will see.

My quartz igniter only lasted one month but Tyler warrantied it and sent another out right away. While chatting with Tyler about the igniter, he was very helpful and a lot of questions for me. Very much appreciated.

We are service techs for pellet stoves, Comfortbuilt design layout for servicing and working on stoves are good design, We have serviced Comforbuilt stoves for the last 4-5years with very few problems. Most problems are due to neglect of the person cleaning the stove weekly. A good vac should be used to remove ash. For the price, if you looking to offset the price of oil, propane, and electricity you should look at the Comforbuilt brand. The best customer service on the planet!!!! I bought my comfort, Bilt pellet stove installed it. Everything was wrong, called the customer service left a message, and within 15 minutes, I received a call back, and the extremely wonderful polite gentleman walked me through every single procedure on how to set up my pellet stove absolute amazing customer service!!!! Once again, had a few problems called back instantly helped solve the problem. You really know your product inside and out. You are an amazing company!!!! Keep up the excellent customer service, and excellent product!!!!

I’ve burned three tons through my Comfortbilt pellet stove. 1 season. My Auger started whining loudly after about 1 ton. I was able to correct it by cleaning out the hopper with a shop vac and lubricating the bottom of the auger with 3-in-1 Teflon lubricant every so often. The stove is capable of burning a bigger hotter flame than some of the other pellet stoves I’ve seen. So far I am happy with it. The online support and tutorials are extensive and accurate. I believe I will be able to keep this pellet stove running for a very long time the way it is set up. You need to get an ash vacuum with a thin extension hose and clean it out periodically. Also set up your outside vent so that it can be easily accessed for cleaning as well. After about 2 tons I was losing performance, but it was because the vent stack was getting clogged. So far I am pleased with my purchase.

Not very happy that my pellet stove was recalled and the replacement cost me $650 dollars. The salesman didn't care and just said he will send me a refund and not a replacement. I will choose better next time.

These guys are the greatest! Always a pleasure to talk with and customer service is beyond reproach. Best damn stove on the market. This will be a purchase you will never regret. We bought 2 stoves a year apart. Loved the first one so much we bought a second! Keeps our 1600 sqft toasty and never have to run them above level 1. Saves a ton on pellets!

This is the second stove I have purchased from this company. One for my home and the other for my elderly uncle who is not able to deal with firewood anymore. If I bought a second one, it means I like the way it works and performs. I have had very minor issues and with a little maintenance it worked as it is designed. Here's to another warm winter. Its still Summer here, but install was easy. I did start it to see how things work. It all went according to boom. Look forward to using this Fall and Winter. Having an all electric home I'm hoping to save a little. Had a wood stove but with advancing age it became too much for my wife and I.

Bought a stove 1 year ago. First igniter lasted 10 months. The second only lasted 2 months. Now I have ordered 2 more and It says that they were delivered last Saturday the 15th of January but nothing was ever delivered.

After only two weeks the verdict is still out. I can say having to CONSTANTLY manually pull the pellets down to the auger is very inconvenient. The auger creates a deep hole in the middle of the hopper and the pellets stay stacked up on the sides instead of falling down. This causes the fire to go out and a low temperature alarm to come on. This has happened EVERY time I have got a fire going again.

Excellent customer service with tech support. My HP22 pellet stove kept shutting off and eventually stopped working entirely. I told tech support in detail what my issues were. Within a day and on a Sunday they responded with what most likely would resolve the issue. They promptly sent me a main power switch replacement free of charge and shipping. I just bought the house and it already had the pellet stove with the sale of the house. It resolved the issue and I am very please with the customer service from Comfort Bilt! Can’t wait to do business with them again. Thank you Comfort Bilt and tech support! A++++++
