“Had to contact them twice by email and once by telephone as my order had not arrived when expected. Told that 2 items were out of stock and they had no date as to when they would be back in stock. Cancelled these items and still had to wait 10 days for the other items to arrive. Website says delivery 3-5 days. I waited 3 weeks! Ordered the out of stock items elsewhere nd they arrived very quickly. Will not be using this company again.”
