The shoes are a real joke. They look like a kit that has been put together by a child. The sueda is missing in some areas, the insole is plastic, the sewing is bad, the shoe is stiff, the material is misaligned, and they smell like glue. I have requested a full refund and a return label within 45 minutes of receiving the shoes. NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to Walmart and buy 2 pairs for the price of these and get a better shoe.

If I could give no stars I would. The shoes are cheap Naugahyde and not even close to being worth the price. Their return policy is non existent. The shoes have to be damaged to receive a refund. Do not purchase their garbage!

I ordered sandals back in August and still haven't received them! Really unhappy with this company and there delivery service.

SCAM SCAM SCAM from Comfyiwalk note different spelling to reputable company Comfywalk these people are impersonating a good firm. Ordered shoes in July not arrived in September took it up with PayPal disputes who said the company had provided proof of delivery so would not refund me. This is the second time PayPal has refused a valid claim from me I wish you could buy from e-bay another way

They says 14 day return or 7 day returns but there is no returns processed by them.

Luckily I used PayPal for payment. That's they only way I had to get hold of them. They don't answer the phone. They don't allow for returns unless you pay for return. Never again.

Terrible company. Materials are cheap and the sizes are not correct. They do not allow returns on footwear that is not satisfactory, even if they are not worn. This is an overseas company which makes it difficult for me to report them to authorities in the US. I would not recommend them and hope you do not make the same error I made in ordering from them.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! I ordered sandals 3 weeks ago and they still have not shipped. Tried emailing them with the order # in the subject line. I would get an email back asking for the order number so I would reply with it in the text of the email, then not hear from them. Very frustrated! I have asked for them to refund my money seeing as how they have not sent the shoes. We will see.

Comfy sandals is not legit, they do not respond to emails or voice messages. Ordered 2 pair of sandals on on 4/26/21. The tracking service does not accept the tracking number they provided. What a joke. My buyer beware skills are on high alert for any online companies!

I recently posted a one star review but I need to amend it. Finally I received my sandals, many weeks late. So I can’t say the company is a scam since I’ve gotten them and they are very nice, just as advertised. Though I can only give them 3 stars because their customer service is the worst. They never responded to any of my correspondence. I will not ever order from this company again.

I finally got my complete order and I love my Comfy sandals. However, the customer service needs improvement. If customers email or message them, no response. I’m happy I got what I paid for, but will pass on future business until they get it together as far as customer service is concerned.
