“We had issue with our company information ie company accounts & credit ratings. Lucy kindly advised the steps to take in removing the inaccuracies + to liaise directly with the other credit agencies making sure its also remove from their databases. She was extremely informative and very knowledgeable, Thank you Lucy.”

“They published my private mobile phone number. A number I did not give to them, after requesting for it to be removed - it's still published and messages left unanswered.”

“An excellent website that gives full details of companies including those now defunct. I'm using it for background information for an historical novel and it has proved extremely useful. The payment system was clean, consice and rapid and I quickly had access to the information I needed. Worth every penny!”

“There was an issue with your website, as I couldn't download the items I wanted, which was extremely frustrating. However, what could have been a rather disappointing and negative experience with your company, was rectified by Lucy Rees in quickly understanding the situation, responding very quickly and efficiently to all of my emails, which impressed me greatly, as did her professionalism throughout. “Hi, I recently ordered a credit check for my Company Brockhill Enterprises Ltd. I paid online, invoice No GB76456 /23rd Sept But have received no information about obtaining this credit check. I had assumed it would be in the form of a mailed paper document. Please advise, Many thanks Amanda (Purnell)”

Hi there! If you ever have any questions, get in touch with us by sending an email or giving us a call. Once payment has been made, the report is then unlocked on our website. You pay for 12-months access to view this report online and you can also find it directly from the "Order History" section of your account. I have explained this in more detail in ticket #30580. “On this my first order i was happy with the information but i wanted to know if this was the currant position and whilst i know that company house has the details of registered bushiness but i don't know enough about business to know if the director could have an un registered business, so i need to brush up on that.My problem is that i am severely disabled and it is something i know nothing about i.e can someone have a business without company house knowing. But i was happy with the debt of information given as it could help me”
