Resolver had a data breach in January 2024. They confirmed to me that the information has simply been lost. They refused to cover the out of expenses costs, credit reports, telephone calls etc. The incident was that serious they had to report to the information commissioner office. When I raised a complaint about resolver they blocked and banned my account. They accused me of being threating by email. All I said was I will pursue this via the courts.

Well it started well. I have an ongoing complaint with UPS (who doesn't!!!). Ups replied after the first email and said they were going to investigate. That was it! Nothing from Resolver. And nothing from UPS. And for the last 2 weeks its just been in limbo! pointless service!

Helped me resolve my issues with Cineworld which I was unable to over the phone or by email. For some reason they responded differently to emails from Resolver. However if the third party ignores the emails, I am unsure what the escalation process Resolver has. Although for a free service I don't think anyone can complain.

I submitted a claim for a cancelled flight. Unfortunately the link to the company concerned is defunct. So the complaint just bounced. Unable to get any response from Resolver about this. I've now copied the letter to another email address for the airline, so I'll be dealing with it personally. Resolver could be good if correctly updated.

Handled a complaint for me against Boots Opticians. Boots immediately responded refunding me the full price of my glasses. So easy, would highly recommend Resolver.

Was given a case reference for a complaint to Hotpoint. Quoted the case reference to Hotpoint who denied that they had heard of Resolver and moreover my complaint. E mailed Resolver for any further details so that I could contact the direct department and "Harry" has never come back to me !!

I ordered two items on line from the same company one item missing. After ten days talking to their customer service no joy. Using the help of Resolver I received the missing item within three days! Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Husband put petrol in a diesel car while in Germany. They wanted 8000 Euros to sort it out. Resolver got it down to 4000 Euros
