“Roger is an absolute gentleman to deal with. He is proactive in providing updates on the shipment and tries his best to expedite things that are out of his control. Bought a Surface Duo 2 from compicoast and it is the most unique piece of hardware I have used in a while. Highly recommend Roger and Compicoast”

“I recently enquired CompuCoast on their live chat. I waited less than a minute and the response was informative. I subsequently order a 48" monitor later that day. The following day, the order was still marked processing in the morning and the website said out of stock. I was a little concerned, so I contacted them to ask how long processing generally takes on their live chat. Again I waited less than a minute and was advised it had been processed and would arrive the next day. It did and I couldn't of been happier with the service. It was the best price in the market without having to negotiate or use a discount code, but more more importantly for me, the customer service was A grade. Will definitely be my first point of call for future purchases.”

“I placed an order for an item that was showing in stock and received an email shortly after telling me it had sold out and was not due until early April. As no one else had stock we agreed that he would keep the order and supply when available. The following day (Friday) he emailed to say he had secured stock to cover my order and it was in the process of being dispatched with a courier that day. This arrived early on the following Monday morning. Excellent service and communication followed up by a very quick delivery by Aramex.”

“Purchased a Server System Board and it arrived with bent pins. I emailed Roger on the 5th Feb 2022 and did not receive a response. Update, still waiting for a response - Board was not new, I received complaints from my client (Government Organisation) and I can’t get a response from CompuCoast, not happy.”

“I had not dealt with this firm before based in Qld. Could not get the printer I wanted at stores in SA so ordered it on-line at 7:30am and it was delivered in Adelaide that afternoon. Exactly the model I wanted, for the best price. Thanks Peter”
