lu2 took a while before appearing on the chat. Provided the information I require although did send me responses to another enquiry that lu2 was working on while working on mine which caused some confusion. Ultimately resolved my query successfully.

served by LJ2 agent. Happy with final renewal cost. But the shady practice of inflating the automatic renewal by £50, so I then shop around for a cheaper quote elsewhere, found one £80 lower, to then be offered a far lower price when I go to cancel, just leaves me with lost time. Just send an honest renewal quote in the first place and stop wasting our time. LJ2 agent was helpful at least.

FP2 was very helpful and got my request dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I was not particularly pleased at having to pay an Administration Fee for making a change I could not have done through the portal.

They explained everything, and the operator did all that he could and I am happy with the fact they have given me bit more time to pay, only thing not happy with is that to change address costs £39 and then if you spread this payment they charge you another £12% interest and my original policy was only £11 a month and I chose this policy because it was low cost, if a change of details is £39 you lose any savings going for the lower monthly charge.

Chat portal is very slow compared to speaking with someone. Got my issue sorted, but paid more than I wanted as I was locked in to my policy to a certain extent. Unlikely to be renewing in 12 months time. JW5 helped me on the chat

After being told that I was insured on Saturday then to receive a text message on Monday at 10:30 in the morning to say I'm not I wasn't too happy going onto your live chat. I spoke with WP1 who was very helpful and sorted it out so thank you to WP1, I'm only giving three star rating due to the hassle that has given me. If it was for WP1 they would get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had to cancel my insurance as I no longer have the car. I dislike live chats but LB4 made it easy. Thank you as I now feel more competent it I need to do live chat again.

The service on live chat was good today by vh3 . But not being ae to speak to a human on the phone is so frustrating. Other times on live chat I've waited in a massive queue and it was slow to talk as the operative was probably speaking to multiple people at once. Add a phone line and it will be good. Also do not send texts to say insurance is cancelled as it can easily be missed . Price was reasonable.

Had to make changes to my policy soon after taking it out with One Call. This is the first time that I have used this company and I am so impressed with them. Their quote was exactly what I wanted given the age of my car. I liaised with a very charming and helpful customer service assistant, AE9. Very knowledgeable and I was so impressed with her patience. I was left with a warm feeling because of her friendliness and helpfulness. I am also very pleased that I had access to my documents almost immediately . Spent more than 2 hours in contact with your chatline trying to resolve a problem registering my car policy. No resolution yesterday and was cut off at 8pm - your closing time. HOWEVER problem somehow iresolved overnight, so thanks for that, if it was somone on your team.

Hi got my renewal thro done the usual check found yours cheaper and better value gone to pay for it and could not pay me renewal twice I was not a happy. So went to the bank hub she done it she got a text which I did not but now I’m happy..
