I couldn’t fault the service when I needed a NC certificate.But the only fault is you cannot talk to anyone over the phone.I am not particularly savvy on computers but I got there.I just feel an elderly person might struggle if they do not have anyone to help them out

Personal attention from KT1 on the online chat. She dealt with my queries, made the requested amendments, quoted the new price, took the payment. Nice to get it done in a single session. 4* rather than 5* because it felt quite a long wait for each response.

CW2 was excellent and I wrote a review accordingly using the link at the end of the chat. The site said they would send me an email to confirm my review but hasn't arrived. Instead I received a text asking me for a review! Appears their agents are better than their IT systems....

I have always found One Call very helpful either on the phone or the chat line. I contacted them by phone and I found customer services very efficient and explained everything clearly.

I spoke to a nice gentleman today going by the name of Tom #TM7 he was very helpful and understanding with my query,I originally rang to cancel my insurance as my monthly payments had doubled in price but after explaining to TM7 about the increase he came up with a new renewal price which was very affordable for me so I agreed to stay with One call for another year thanks to TM7.

I had found cheaper insurance for my car, but once I had spoken to the call handler IR2, who was extremely helpful and sorted out a cheaper insurance and made sure I was covered for everything I needed, I have decided to remain with One Call Insurance. Very happy with how IR2 helped me and look forward to another year with this insurance company
