I was rather shaken and not really knowing what to do after a fallen tree branch ripped my wing mirror off and sent it smashing through my passenger window covering me and everything in glass. However after chatting to AK4 who was very quick to respond and answer my questions & I felt more at ease as arrangements had been put in place for the repair company to pick my car up the next morning and carry out the neccessary repairs. What good customer service. Thank you One Call.

I had an online chat with NR3 this evening, regarding my car insurance policy.
I found her very informative and courteous. She answered all of my questions and helped me retrieve my documents.
I would definitely use live chat again.

Call with Drew DR9
I needed to amend my car insurance as I am purchasing a new vehicle. Drew Was polite and helpful, making it clear what information was required and not duplicating any information already left on the enquiry form. My only criticism is not with Drew but with the fact that the amendment fee was higher for having to use chat rather than the portal for the amendment which is beyond the customers control if the vehicle is newly registered.
