“HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Customer service is non-existent. They do not return email inquiries. Paid for my bags 2 months ago and never received the bags nor a refund as I requested several times now. If I could have left zero star rating I would have.”

“I ordered a bag and on the web site www.contioftuscany.com it tells you that the items is in stock and I paid for delivery option - express delivery . This is more than 10 days ago and no bag in sight . They do not confirm why it has not been delivered , out of 5 e-mails that I have sent 3 replies are in Italian and it reads will be despatch - the rest is not replied to at all .”
