“I did this diet before and the cookies were much fresher which in turn made it easier to lose weight. The cookies i received this week are harder than they were before probably because they are being over cooked a little and not being stored properly. They use to come individually wrapped in the air tight double foil bags. Now they come in tin foil and 1 airtight bag is provided to be reused for each day of 1 week. The tin is not the same material as the bags and i think that has a lot to do with it. I have also been unhappy with how it is being distributed. In Miami This diet was available in malls via a kiosks, in the dr siegals office, in some pharmacies and amazon. Now it is only available through the website. That means little to no exposure. The only reason i was able to find it is bc i looked for it by name. Honestly, If the cookies don't improve, i don't think i will be able to stay on the diet and be successful in losing the weight this time. I feel like i am eating cardboard.😩”
