“I ordered a 2 month supply of a variety pack of cookies. I received only one flavor for 2 months. I like the butterscotch, but would prefer to have had the variety that I ordered. I was also promised a free cookbook which I have not received today. Otherwise, doing fine on the diet, but would have liked more instruction on what I can eat during the day besides the cookies if anything”

“The product itself is amazing. It really works. My husband has lost 60lbs so far and still going strong. My complaint is the website. First there is not a phone number listed for US support, second there is not an option for the 4 month supply to pick your flavors, only a variety is offered. Those 2 improvements to the website would make a lot of sense.”
