Alan Robinson “Beware when buying any item from Cookoligy ! This company has no alliance to ANY companies too repair their items after the 1 year warranty expires. They do not make the products themselves and will not give out information about its origin, making it virtually impossible too source spares. They make throw away products that make it harmful to the environment and much more expensive than buying a well known product from a well known manufacturer.”

Purchased an integrated microwave which stopped working, item was replaced, now 6 months later same thing has happened again, microwave won’t work, Cookology won’t do anything about it, terrible products, won’t be using or recommending this company to anyone!

One week later and I’m still waiting for delivery and in the email I was told I would be contacted by the courier, if I hadn’t have contacted them I would still be waiting to hear from them. One star only and I’m being generous!

Bought a Cookology CMDW3WH Mini Plus Table Top Dishwasher from The Wright Buy on Amazon which stopped working after 18 months. They refuse to repair, replace or refund it.

Great prices, but delivered to wrong address. Then when delivered, items dumped at doorstep, that was on an order of £700+ . So if you are expecting a fridge freezer, be prepared to struggle to get it inside yourself!

Dear Sirs, Firstly you refused to accept that my item was damaged from photos I sent you, then you told me to return it, which I did via Hermes parcels. Finally you now state you have not received the return, I am currently checking with Hermes regarding its status. I have already purchased another gas hob from you as a replacement, As it was required urgently. Therefore I have now paid you for two hobs and it appears I may be unlikely to get my refund for the first one. I have to say I am not impressed by your service, or your treatment of customers. Particularly by your customer services adviser Edward. How is the cause on most of my problem. Due to lack of care and consideration. Regards John Mirley

Staff are not helpful, no flexibility on delivery times, even when they get delivery instructions wrong the customer has to bend over to fit into their delivery time table. Order cancelled money not refunded took 3 days, until goods back with them. Not happy will never use again.

Do you really want the worst possible review anyone could have. The service was abominable, the delivery non existent and the response from you customer service department little better. All in all it was the worst on line buying experience I have ever come across.. Does that tell you what I think?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced my products wernt deliverd on the date arranged with no phone call or email to inform me. After phoning the contact number and speaking to one of the members of staff there I was still without my appliances 4 days later and no news on to when I would be receiving them to then have to wait over the weekend due to the after sales team not being available sat/Sun. Overall a very poor experience with this company and making the savings I may have made using them not worth it due to loosing a days money at work being sat at home waiting for a delivery that never turned up and having got knowwhere still after a week of phone calls

We needed an oven by a certain date, call Yourselves and were told if we placed an order by 12:30 on this date the goods would arrive on the Wednesday. We then bought the oven following the instructions provided in good faith that we would receive our goods on the stated date. We even rang your phone line to have this confirmed after we made the purchase. This was again confirmed that we would receive the oven on the Wednesday and we should await an email with details. We got the email Tuesday night stating we would receive the oven in 3-7 days?! When this was queried we were told it would be arriving the Friday and there was nothing you could do about it but you would speak to the person who told us Wednesday as they shouldn't have!!! If we had if been told the truth in the first place we could have bought an Oven elsewhere and had it on time. Considering it was a business transaction the repercussions of these lies cost us a lot of revenue. Never receivd a response to our email of complaint either. Would not be using this company again. If your a business steer clear of these.

Bad experience so far. No delivery info and they keep saying my item has been delivered but clearly not my door or can be held in your hands that easily. It's an oven. So far not great. I will update you if anything changes got a bad feeling about this. They stopped replying to my emails as soon as I took a picture of my door and said that it couldn't be mine as it's an oven and it was being held in someone's arms.

Received a concerning letter that the gas hob I bought last year from Cookology that it is at risk of causing a major gas leak due to a faulty connector. Followed the instructions and booked a British Gas appointment with Cookology to rectify this issue today, taking a day off work and no engineer bothers to turn off. Company is impossible to get through to to sort this out, been on hold now over 15 minutes, can't book a new appointment online because I'm already on the system. Eventually got through to their third party agency MKT Point - to encounter the worst customer experience ever! After making it half way through the booking process the extremely unprofessional operator hung up on me. Don't buy from Cookology, choose an alternative, safer brand who have some consideration to after-sales care...

We bought a hob and extractor fan in October 2022 and recently smelt gas coming from the hob installed. Northern gas confirmed the leak to be due to an appliance fault and would need replacing - this was in January 2023. The hob had only been installed around 3 months max! We contacted the customer service to be told that a replacement could be sent out as it was in warranty (as expected). We were then advised we would have to pay for the install of the new hob and get rid of the current faulty one. Not good enough. When questioned regarding the compensation for the install cost, I was hit with "we don't cover this". Nor do I. Why should I have to pay a 3 figure sum to install what could potentially be another faulty hob? And pay the cost which has been incurred due to the companies negligence to ensure what they are selling is in full working order? This, as a basic level of customer care should be compensated by the suppliers of the already faulty item! The extra star is because the price was competitive.

I purchased as a Xmas gift a table top dishwasher for my son and his partner we left it wrapped to protect it trusting Cookology to have not sent a damaged item how wrong we were. Terms and conditions dictate the package should have been opened within 48 hours of receipt my mistake but no offer of help or investigation they absolved themselves my kids have no Xmas gift both of whom work for the NHS customer service poor do not purchase from these people

Hi Jo, I am very sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. I do understand how frustrating this must be for you, however we do have terms and conditions that we have to stick by. We do state that we need damages reported Within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise its impossible for us to establish where the damage occurred. Sadly this was delivered 2 months ago. cookology induction hob failed after 4 years with a faulty power board: cookology were unable to offer any service regarding repair, supply of faulty parts or contribution towards replacement: this constitutes poor value and i suggest avoiding this brand.
