Parcel was damaged only put in a black rubbish bag should have been four items in parcel only three arrived ,it had been opened and retaped back up

Buy three and get one free they said , parcel came and gess what only three in a black bag yes that's right a black bag, wouldn't recommend you fall into the same trap as I did , customer service a waist if time

i have tried to look and order from catalogue and just go to other sites, i have been trying to find login details as not happy with the product i have given up and phone calls are stupid money all in all bad wont be getting anything from here again

I ordered garden stone effect edging in a light colour but was sent grey which I did not want and I phoned to arrange collection. I was told that Hermes would collect it on Friday, but they did not do so. I phoned again and another collection was arranged, but still they did not collect. I am annoyed that they sent me the wrong colour and it still has not been collected for a refund of my money. This was my first dealing with this company and it will be my last, yet most reviews I read are good.

Awful website. Pay for an order but get an error message saying order not complete and to contact contact customer services, who do not see the order on their system even though the charge has been made on my credit card. They were not bothered about rectifying the situation or finding out why their website failed. Their only comment was "that will drop off the credit card in a few days then wont it". I hope it does!

garden bench three weeks old seat lath broke.will not replace got to send whole bench back.paid 89 pound . made in china.KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was charged £2-37 for ringing Cooper's regarding my account ,will never buy it recommend them ,poor customer service as well

After coming out of winter and my car that had hardly moved I looked for some sort of fuel addative to pep up the engine. I spotted in your catalogue the Cataclean additive. What a revalation it it turned out to be, finally an addative that worked! After a suitable number of miles I found the engine to be more reaponsive and more efficient and more economic to run. I run a Honda Jazz that is 17 years old and now I get 49 mpg on steady run.

My Father ordered an exercise bike, which duly arrived was not unpacked as within a week my father contracted pneumonia and passed away. I called Coopers who said they would arrange collection... move forward 1 month, we still have the bike, told that 8 collections (lie no 1) have been organised with Hermes and Yodel.. to then be told today they dont use Yodel (lie no 2) told they would get a supervisor to call me.. (lie no 3) i have called them so many times over the last month and a bit... DO NOT EVER USE THEM please

As per the other reviews, double payment taken, waiting for pending payment to be refunded. So called customer service is awful promised a call back twice but no one does. Steer well clear.

Have discontinued using Coopers. Most goods are Cheap Chinese imports sold at an inflated price. Most solar lights never last. Better value in local stores or on line.

My mother ordered cushions; £19.99 buy one get one free. The quality was so poor, no one would pay £1.99 let alone £19.99! This company bombard the elderly/housebound with offers and money off vouchers to induce them to buy their overpriced tatt. Added to this they charge when you call and charge for returns. All in all shocking.

They give an excellent service to either over the phone or by email, nothing is too much trouble, staff very pleasant and helpful at all times, I recommend them to all my family and friends.

This review relates mainly to customer service, as I am still awaiting the goods I ordered three weeks ago, so cannot comment on these. When I ordered some garden tiles and a solar hanging basket, I expected a confirmation email. I never received it, or indeed any communication from Coopers so I checked my bank statement and saw that the money was in the 'pending' column. I decided to wait a bit longer, given the current situation. The money left my account ten days ago but when the items had still not arrived yesterday, I telephoned to enquire about progress, only to be told that I had returned it a few days ago. I assured the rather unhelpful customer services clerk that I had done no such thing. Then, she said that it had been sent to the wrong address and that I must have made a mistake. I assured her that, after 20 years, at this address, I know where I live. She said that the money would be refunded. When I told her that I would prefer to have the goods she said that the process had started and couldn't be stopped, so I would have to re-order. At this point, the phone went dead. I telephoned again and spoke to a different operator, who was just as disinterested and unhelpful as the previous person. She insisted that the error was my fault because Whoever took the order on the phone, would have double checked the details. I explained AGAIN, that I had ordered online and had received no contact (in any shape or form from Coopers) she told me that the only thing she could do would be to resend the order. There was no mention of a refund, or of a process which could not be stopped. However, it will take 10 working days to arrive, meaning that, from order to delivery (assuming that it does arrive as promised) will have taken 5/6 weeks!! DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO APOLOGY, not even a half-hearted one. Neither of the ladies I spoke to would have lasted five minutes on one of my teams, where sloppy attitudes like this could have cost lives

Colin W - Bham Took delivery today of 3 Tier Step Ladders (made in china) problems assembling safety arms! i.e. The nuts do not fit the bolts and the bolts are 1/2 inch too short! Looks like a visit to Willow to sort it - dissatisfied with the inconvenience - Supplier should be notified as it's not Cooper's Fault! Hope your day is better than mine!

Two orders I placed in April have not arrived. I tried many times to contact you by phone but wait far too long. I left query on line and eventually received 2 letters on 28th May although dated 22nd. I have not been able to contact you as lines too busy. Very sad as the 10 days given for contact will now expiry. My problem could have been easily solved if you had contacted me by phone or email. Maureen REDMOND

Very disappointing service. Getting through to someone is very difficult. A long-handled weeder I bought broke within three days of delivery after only 10 or so uses. On 30 April 2020, I received an e-mail from a Chris Tripp to say that a replacement would be sent. Four weeks later, I am still waiting.
