“The staff at the facilities is always helpful…. The problem I see currently is the high fees…and we are getting squeezed like trying for blood from a turnip. Every year or sooner Copart devised a wsy to hike the fees. Just when you hit premium buyer…the program changes, you never know where the finish line is. Set a program and leave it alone!!”

“I sold 2 cars to Copart and after shopping around with other used car companies, I found Copart to provide the best price and didn't have to worry about negotiating after the offer was made. Especially if you have an older car, with high mileage. Other companies such as CarMax or Carvana or Peddle would not provide an offer. Copart also arranged for the car pick up at my home. The Customer Service with all of the agents was first class. I can not give a higher rating to this company!”
