“This site is a scam. I ordered a costume on the 9th of December. I got an email on the 24th of December saying the order was being fulfilled. The tracking does not show up at all and now it is one week until my event on Feb. 8th and no costume or reponse. I have emailed with no response. I ordered this using a paypal credit so I will be getting my money returned. DO NOT order from this company.”

Costume commandé le 6 janvier avec supplément livraison entre 2 et 4 jours; Nous sommes le 17 janvier est en toujours en transit à EAST CHINA AREA - CHINA MAINLAND. et ne sera pas livré avant le 20 janvier. Merci à Cosplysky de ne pas respecter ses délais de livraison et de gâcher ainsi une soirée déguisée .”

“ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. I had an upcoming convention, 7 months away, I let them know this and ordered a cosplay. It came 2 days before. Broken. Pieces scattered in the box. They didnt do ANYTHING about it when I told them. They told me to leave them alone. I never got a refund.”

“I received a costume that was too small. Purchased a second one and returned the first. I have the tracking information with confirmation that it was delivered. They refused to acknowledge the return and refund the cost of the first costume.”

“I have some idols costume from cosplaysky and I’m happy with them! The quality is good, not excellent but good. I found some issues in Cafe Maid Rin Hoshizora costume, but in Little Devil Rin costume everything was great! Communication with this people is really nice too~”

“The costume we ordered was amazing. I had to email them a couple times as it seemed to be taking a while and their customer service was amazing. Got right back to me. Suggested a very similar but different costume and refunded me the difference immediately. I am overwhelmingly happy with what we got. Will order again and again!!! Highly recommend.”

“Quality ok, but my Natsu cosplay has a baby vest in a large skirt. It doesn’t worth the overprice they charge and customer service sucks once they just answer you that you have the right product and period. Wanna change? Pay to send it back to CHINA after pay for $25 delivery... do not buy unless you know 100% it’s gonna fit. There’s no way back and no refund without pay them to get the costume back basically...”

“The hoodie I just received today is definitely not and adult XXXL. I tried to respond to the email in my shipment confirmation and neither will go through. So no, my husband is left with no birthday gift this week. Horrible experience and no customer service information is available on their website. Thanks for the scam.”

“I still have not received a costume that I ordered in August. My order stated it would arrive within 17-21 days. We are now approaching day 40 with no arrival. They are now saying I need to pay for expedited shipping to receive it before the date in which I need it.”

“The quality of the costume I received was in great condition and quality was over all very good for the price. Correspondence was a little slow however and it took a while to receive it. Another friend of mine also bought from this site and the quality of her costume jacket was also pretty good quality, I do not know the time it took to get her Cosplay though.”

“They sent me a sample costume that could not be worn. I sent it back and I have never received a refund. After many attempts I finally gave up. That's what happens when you deal with a company out of the US.”

“I ordered a cosplay for Dabi from My Hero Academia and I was really surprised at the quality! The pleather is so nice and the lining is so neat! Everything is finished off super nicely! I picked a male medium according to my measurements and it fits perfectly! My only complaint is that it's TOO good, I'm going to have to go in and rip the white shirt a bit and dirty some edges! They were really quick to ship my order, it was only my own country's postal service that slowed it down.”
