“It’s been almost two months since I’ve placed my order. Their website says it’s an American company but their shipments come from outside of the country. Very different than “made in the USA” they don’t state this but they also don’t say your product is coming from overseas. I spent almost $200 and still have nothing. I could have ordered from amazon and gotten something a long time ago. All I’m told when I contact customer support is that shipment is on the way. Covid or no Covid this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online order.”

According to their website,
“All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 1-5 business days of ordering.”
When my order did not arrive within this timeline, I sent several emails asking about it only to be told that there was a delay.
Finally, 89 days later, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. When my order arrived, I only received 1 of the covers.
When I sent a follow up email asking where the remaining 2 covers of my order were, they told me it was already delivered complete. They stated that all the covers were included in one shipment and if any were missing it was because they were lost or stolen upon shipping. Their only solution was to offer me a discount code to order more covers. This company is not professional and I wish I did more research before I purchased from them. They are running a very dishonest business. My recommendation is to NOT BUY FROM COUCHSAVERS!
At the end of all this, I have one couch cover for the price of 3 that can not be used.”

They have a very sketchy return policy and use this as a way to take money from people. I returned their product then they claimed that was some 3PL company and that they have return locations in Canada and elsewhere, yet they shopped to me from California. Now they want to take an additional amount when their UNUSED product was returned to their warehouse in the condition it was received. Horrible company that should be sued.”
“I’m sad to be writing this as I was stoked to find couch covers that we loved. However we ordered 2 couch covers from couchsavers.com back in May (over 3 months ago) and have still not received them. The tracking information gets updates about once every month as is constantly shipping and arriving from different locations than previously posted (different final destinations and departures it doesn’t add up) they have refused to refund us due to “it days it is on route”. Completely Inexcusable!! It is a scam, don’t waste your money on a product that never arrives.”
“Honest review - I bought 3 large covers. They looked absolutely ridiculous! Like a slate colored condom attempting to cover my couch. It was awful. I immediately tried to return them since their website says “satisfaction guaranteed”. This is an utter lie. I got a total run around and still have not gotten a refund. I keep getting emails saying “we have received your request and the returns department will be in touch soon!” There are tons of stipulations in the returns including a time frame in which you can’t possibly meet if the returns department doesn’t get back with you. Here’s my advice SAVE YOUR MONEY!! It’s been close to 3 months and still haven’t heard from the returns department.”
“The cover doesn't fit well a L-shape couch, we sent them a picture of it, to be sure, and they told us that there was no problem. Not true! It's not remotely waterproof and hair proof, despite the advertisement specifically promised it. We even ask them if every cover was waterproof, and they confirmed it. False!
It's a very poor product, and definitely overpriced.

“I'd give this company a negative review if it was possible. They are a total SCAM and you're lucky if you ever receive the product that was ordered. I ordered the sofa cover and it took almost 3 months to recieve. It did not come from the US, but from China! I only ordered because I was reassured they were a U.S based company and their products came from the United States not China!!! They are horrible with customer service never having any answers. Their service team reassuring your product is on it's way and they just can't tell you where in the world your product is, because they use warehouses all over the world. NOT what I was told when I did my original inquiry. Should have googled the company before ordering. Also when I did recieve my product it was very cheap material and the packaging was ripped basically cut through. Thank God there wasn't a hole in my product, because I'd never have recieved another item or refund! Just a horrible company to work with I have no clue who's giving them 4 stars they have to have their employees writing positive posts!”
“Ordered in April. Still no delivery in July. I have asked for a tracking number multiple times but they keep saying they are trying to contact the carrier.
This is a total waste of time and money. Have asked for refund but keep saying waiting to hear from management.”
“So where do i begin, sent pictures and measurements of couches, was told no problem they will fit perfectly, and can be returned for full price ( never stated shipping was almost as much as i paid for the items to return) It would take 3-5 days to get. Over 3 months later received this product. They are cut completely uneven, don’t fit couch in any way shape of form (I have tried with pillows without pillows & with and without the cushions as well) complete and utter garbage do not waste your time and or money. If I could go - for a review I would give them a -1000 at the least.
And reaching out the customer chat - you get the same standard bull answer like they don't even read your questions or just ignore them.”
