“I took Coursive's online classes on DALL-E, Jasper, and ChatGPT, and overall, I found them to be quite informational. The courses provided useful prompts that helped me understand AI tools better. However, I felt that the price was quite high for what was offered. One area for improvement would be adding more prompts, especially for those advancing to the 14-Day AI Side Gigs Challenge. Having more practice opportunities would make it easier to apply the skills learned and secure side gigs.”

“Coursiv is an awesome means of learning how to use the AI tools. Between the discussion of the different AI components, and hands on exercises one gets a real sense of how to use the various AI tools. Unfortunately, the training has limited application since I have yet to come across where the AI examples did not include other nationalities or addressed if there are settle differences to expand the AI usage.”

“Abbonamento rinnovato senza trasparenza e nessun rimborso! Ho provato Coursiv con un pagamento di prova ad agosto, ma successivamente, senza alcuna notifica chiara, mi sono stati addebitati due rinnovi da 99,99€ ciascuno (novembre e febbraio), per un totale di quasi 200€. Non ho mai utilizzato il servizio dopo la prova, eppure non ho ricevuto alcuna email di avviso prima del rinnovo. Quando ho richiesto il rimborso, il supporto si è limitato a rispondere con messaggi preconfezionati e inutili, rifiutando ogni possibilità di rimborso anche se non ho mai usufruito della piattaforma. Trovo questa pratica poco trasparente e, purtroppo, sembra un problema ricorrente leggendo altre esperienze simili. Consiglio a chiunque di fare molta attenzione prima di iscriversi, perché una volta attivati i pagamenti, non vi sarà concesso alcun rimborso, indipendentemente dall’utilizzo effettivo del servizio. Sconsiglio vivamente questa piattaforma.”

“This is a technical problem. Often I find that the program reverts to the beginning of the lesson and I have to do the lesson over and over again before it goes to completion. Right now I am stuck on monetize prompt engineering even though I have done 86% of it. When I get to (resume) 86%, the program reverts to the first part of this lesson.”

“Disappointing Experience – Misleading Marketing and Lack of Transparency I recently purchased a course from Coursiv, drawn in by their promising marketing and so-called satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations on nearly every level. Course Quality: The course content was disappointingly shallow. It only covered general topics without offering any practical tools or in-depth knowledge. The material seemed hastily put together, with little attention to quality or value for the user. Everything it offered could have been found for free through online resources. Customer Service: When I requested a refund, as the course failed to meet my expectations and I acted within the stated conditions, my request was firmly denied. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is nothing more than a marketing gimmick, as their terms and conditions make it nearly impossible for anyone to qualify for a refund. Overall Impression: Coursiv seems to rely on buzzwords and hype surrounding popular topics like AI and digital marketing to attract customers, but they fail to deliver real value. The combination of superficial content, misleading marketing, and customer-unfriendly policies makes this a service I cannot recommend to anyone. Advice to Others: Think twice before signing up for a course with Coursiv. Carefully review their terms and conditions and check independent reviews, as my experience has shown that what they offer is not worth the investment. There are far better and more reputable platforms available that are transparent and customer-focused. Update: After posting the above review, the new Head of Customer Support at Coursiv reached out to me and processed a refund. While I appreciate that they took action, unfortunately, this only occurred after several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue through regular customer support channels. I hope Coursiv takes this feedback into account to improve transparency and customer service for future users.”
