Horrendous customer service inc DHL and zigzag Still not collected my returns, despite paying £15 for this, waiting in all day, a day off work for them to not show, after endless calls c & c rearranged for another day for a repeat of the above, no communication to keep you up to speed, still not heard, still have parcels, also told to take up with zigzag myself for a postage refund despite it being booked with c&c🤷‍♀️ They do not reply to emails or call back as promised.

Terrible service. Ordered Christmas decorations on 20th November. Chased with 3 emails - no response. Tried calling - phone lines switched off so they can deal with emails! Order finally arrived a month later (18th December) but decorations no use now I’ve already decorated. One item damaged as well. Returns have to be paid for by the customer. So disappointed with this company.

Awful company !!! Appalling customer service. After receiving the long awaited items, arrived faulty with no returns labels. Just online instructions to tell me i have to pay between £6 to £15 to return. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!

I ordered a large picture from Cox & Cox BEFORE I read the reviews. I was very worried but pleasantly surprised. I ordered a large picture from them which was on sale - from £195 reduced to £97.50. Sold in a local shop to me for £270; so I really grabbed a bargain. Arrived in a couple of days and was packaged well. I cant fault the service.

Took money for order 1st Jan, sent same wrong item twice, took numerous timely calls and a complaint to sort. Still no refund or reply from them and it’s now mid Feb. Unbelievable awful service, never again!
