This must be the only company that when you pay your bills (your plan) regularly and on time then they cut your credit in half because your not using it to it's full potential I mean who can afford to spend two thousand pounds every couple of months I currys i ask you it's ridiculous

The absolute lowest of the low. I apply using a soft search, this was approved, it then asks you to do a full application for a line of credit to make purchases from Currys. I was then approved with an account number and an online portal to manage and log in to see the line of credit of £1500. So i go to buy an item and go through the laborious process of purchase using this credit to find i am declined!!.. i call them & thats like speaking to mannequins, they tell me to check my file, well i work in FCA line of business so I check my file weekly and there is nothing but “excellent” on everything so thats just a fob off by them, it boils down to i am a property investor buying, selling houses etc so my file is always searched by mortgage lenders but oh no try telling them that and instead all they use is some computer… so i have been encouraged to have a hard search, get offered a line of credit then boom… they turn you down.. seriously do not bother, they are a utter waste of breathing air.

Initially the service was fine. Then when you want to close your account, for instance to improve your credit score before buying a house, they completely ignore you, refuse to close the account, keep a line of credit open that you don't want and ignore your emails. iv'e attempted to close my account on 5 separate occasions over the course of 6 months. My account is still open, i still have a line of credit with them, and they've not replied to a single attempt to contact them. The next person i email won't be creation, it'll be the financial ombudsman, and i'll be seeking compensation if this impacts my ability to get credit elsewhere.

They take your bank/card details without your consent and keep them without your permission. The workers leave you on hold for the whole day and play games with customers! UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY !!!!

Very Fraudulent company I Would AVOID AT ALL COST AS THEY KEEP YOUR BANK DETAILS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, They tell you its not the right number to call when it clearly states the number on the site and They have kept and signed the Contract on my behalf with out MY CONSENT, DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE A BIG SCAM , VERY DODGY COMPANY.

Avoid like the Plague!! This company is absolutely shocking! I purchased a Laptop from Currys/PCWorld last September. Initially everything was fine. However when I received my first statement email and tried to access my account the trouble started. I was unable to activate my account. I tried numerous times and eventually tried to call Creation. Over 7 hours in total on hold, never any answer. Numerous emails, also unanswered. More attempts to activate the account. I contacted the Financial Ombudsman, who contacted Creation ( they are aware of the companies games). I eventually received an email saying that they would address the issue within 8 weeks!!! It's now 8 weeks. Nothing has changed. More unanswered emails and now it has gone back to the Ombudsman. I am shocked that PC World have anything to do with the company. Their logo is on the paper work. I contacted them but they didn't want to know! I have no method of checking the account for accuracy!!

In December 2020 I brought a gaming laptop for my son interest free if paid by the end of December 2021. So 3 weeks before the end of December I make sure I have the £1,000 in my current account ready for them to take, but it was not taken, get to the end of January and I find £65 taken from my bank under the name of creations. I hadn't been shopping for a few days so I knew i hadn't brought anything. I couldn't understand why it had been taken so I thought I've been scammed. Later in the evening my partner said is it currys? so straight away drove down there feeling sure it would be sorted out. But no it wasn't. Currys told me creations is the finance company for them but there is nothing they can do, they gave me a number to ring next day as it was closed. Next day I rang creations, after going through all the options, press 1 for this and 2 for that. etc. and waiting for a while I finally get through to someone, a Chinese lady who I could barely hear or understand, I explained the situation to her, she told me to hang on, I did, then got cut off! So I tried again and again and again. I tried again next day, 30 minutes on the phone waiting because they were busy, nobody answered, I hung up because I was worried about my phone bill,So this had being going on from the Monday. I had tried logging on to my currys account but unfortunately I couldn't find the password as my son set it up, because I'm 60yrs old and not computer savvy. And he didn't know it either. I tried reseting the password but it would not let me, so after several attempts and days of frustration, no sleep and a lot of tears I go back to currys. After 2 hrs of trying to sort this out I get through to someone on their phone. Then get told I should of logged into my account to pay it by the end of December. Both my son and I thought the money would be taken automatically by them. so because i had gone over the date to be paid I had to pay £275 interest on top of the £1000 for laptop. And that's without my phone bill. I had no messages or emails from these people, it's just like they hope you will miss the deadline and then have to pay the extortionate interest. If they could easily take out the interest why couldn't they take the 1,000? I am so bloody angry. I've had a day from HELL. I now have no money for food and all plans for my social life cancelled. Because I've been ripped off. so I was right in the first place. They are SCAMMERS!!! People please beware of these CROOKS!!!

They set up their system to give you errors so you cannot pay on time and then charge you late fees. Every single time I try, I get an error. When I try to call customer service, they don't pick up.

Avoid. I had a credit card with them for 10+ years; everything was fine until the last 3 years when the following happened... Credit card was constantly blocked but they couldn't explain why when I called. My credit limit was cut by thousands of pounds, this time they refused to explain why. My account was then blocked online (I couldn't log in to see my balance). I called to ask why, they said it was because I 'had been in arrears, but I wasn't any more'. As you've probably guessed by now, I had not been in arrears. I finally asked them to close my account. Sadly this is no longer a useful company, and getting involved will them will waste your time and cause you stress.

Avoid at all costs. Bullies Sadly there are no negative stars you could give. The worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. After signing the contract they have change the terms of the contract and bullied to pay more money. Avoid!!! Please do not make this mistake. Any reviews with 5 stars should be taken with the pinch of salt. You could never understand what cowboys they are until you deal with them. They lie to your face, send threatening letters, but do not answer to the letters that are sent as an evidence to show their lies and cons.

I have been harassed by Curry's and Creation for months for money I do not owe. I even have an order cancellation email from them! You can't get anyone on the phone. Had to go in store twice and be ignored and waste hours of time listening to hold music to be hung up on by bots. Both of these 'PARTNERS' refuse to accept responsibility but my credit rating is still damaged by their miscommunication. They also can't be bothered to do anything about it. BACKGROUND The reason I ordered from them in the first place was because I was mislead to believe an order could be collected same day or day after. Once a financial agreement was set up I was told a week, so I cancelled it. Am currently still being harassed by Creation and Currys for money I do not owe on products I never received. I am anxious and miserable because of it and just want to be left alone.

Credit card - absolutely useless customer services, 3 or 4 times whilst working away, have had payment blocked during weekend, closed on Sundays, - Monday mornings waiting up to 58 mins to speak to someone to get unblocked to use for food and hotels ?? - most disinterested people I have ever dealt with answer the phone. As IHG hotels have left Creation leaving just an ordinary, no rewards credit card, just paid off full amount, as usual - had to wait almost half an hour to tell them I wanted to leave - gone back to First Direct, made 3 customer service calls, waited maximum 4 mins, someone answered almost immediately and apologised for the fact you may have to wait up to 5 minutes

I have been trying to contact them for over six months to inform them that the former tenants moved out since last year but to no avail. Impossible to contact. They continue to waste time and resources sending out letters only for me to have to return them.

An awful company with no access to customer service. I notified them before travelling with location and date. After a couple of days they blocked the card with no access to payment method with family on tow. Sent them message but no replies. Tried calling from abroad for several hours with the music playing for 3 hours every day but nobody picks up the call. Either man the phone or atleast reply to emails or messages. They do neither leaving you with a card that does not work despite having £14000 available to spend. Definitely one to cancel.

My mother is currently selling her property and just before exchanging on 9th November we discovered that there was a charge on her property for a card that was paid off in 2008. Creation’s solicitors did not remove the charge with Land Registry in 2008 and 14 years later this is now preventing her from completing on the sale which has resulted in stress not just for her but for her buyer and the chain beneath him and ahead of her. We have been contacting them on a daily basis asking them to remove the charge to no avail. A very helpful lady called Caitlin initially took ownership of the case when she realised the difficulty we were having getting anyone to help us and she managed to get an email sent to is confirming that they have no interest in the charge, however the matter needs to be dealt with by their solicitors directly with Land Registry. They have advised us that though the matter is now with their solicitors it could take up to 6 months for their solicitors to deal with it. This is so incredibly unacceptable. If anyone has had a similar experience please can you advise us how it was dealt with.

One of the worst companies in the world! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! Their "good reviews" are either written by employee's or people they have asked at the initial stages where everything is hunky dory, they are awful, still waiting for them to get back to the Ombudsman, even though a deadline has been set apparently they take 8 weeks, I have obtained important information and a report is being drafted up for the FCA - they need to face fines for their unethical actions, they are disgusting and should not be allowed to trade.

I have had two payments taken out of my account. Rang 4 times but no one ever answers the calls! over 3 hours in total waiting and emails sent but no response.

Why this company still works with so many bad reviews?! So lack of professionalism like I never saw in my life... They send to you links that are not working, and after that they ask why you don't trust them..... Because you act like scammers!!
