“Bought an Estate Natural Gas unit with side burner and woo cutting boards and cabinetry, from Nella Online ( an excellent company ). The board warped after a single rainfall( pictures on the Nello Online site ). I wrote to Crown Verity directly as I believed this was just a low quality board……the company did not respond. Mary an acknowledgement of the concern. Nella, on the other hand, on hearing of this took back the warped board and replaced it with a new crown verity low quality wooden board . This time around I seasoned and protected the board prior to putting it to use. Once wet, it warped. Despite Crown Verity’s silence, Nella recognized this as a poor quality control issue and replaced it with a custom cut commercial board at their cost. Crown Verity continues to sell this online and as an “accessory”. Disappointing that Canadians trying to buy Canadian with pride, are treated with such poor customer service from a company that at the front end lays claim to high quality. You can do better, and probably should.”
