“My order arrived - the 'Cruise' Dust Bag has a hole in it and the 'Sophia Webster' shoe box is DIRTY - covered in dust so much that I had to clean it with a damp cloth. I'm shocked with the service from such a "Premium" store. I bought the shoes as a birthday gift and I appreciate they were in the sale however I still don't think this is a acceptable.”

“My partner loves designer labels which we are more than happy to pay for. What i don't agree with is paying £5.95 for postage when 9 times out of 10 we spend over £100 on 1 item of clothing.”
