“Sales Assistant in Aberdeen really wasn't very helpful at all. He had no idea with what I was looking for, and when he finally did he told Me to look go somewhere else. Aren't staff trained instore to understand what the web store stocks and if at all staff can order for a customer? Poor service, felt like a burden to him. Won't bother next time. Ended up ordering myself from home. Web delivery service was sensational. A+”

“I have recieved appalling service I placed an order online never received the jacket I ordered have emailed in advised they have closed the case as the investigated I have spent a lot of money with cruise instore and online this is the first time that something I have ordered had did not arrive absolutely shocking”

“Happy with my purchases .Spent over £150 had to pay £6 delivery .Having to return stuff which has now cost me £7.20 really think if it's over £50 or £75 it should be free really disappointed with this service.”
