“Communication was fantastic. Order arrived in between time slot I was advised which was great. What DIDN'T make me happy was a warehouse security tag was left attached to the jumper I purchased. I returned to Flannels, which I was told is a part of Cruise (as this was easier for me). Sales staff were pleasant but could not remove tag either! Suggested I visit either Next or Zara as they had unit to remove security tag 🤷‍♀️”

“Having purchased for the first time with cruise I was very excited to receive my item and was very disappointed once it arrived. Delivery was great. Once I opened package I noticed that I had been sent an ex display shoe. I was un aware of this when I ordered and feel that I should have been informed when item was being processed or packaged. The item had the price label on the sole along with a few marks, aswell as inside the shoe there were a few black marks from when people have been trying the shoe on. For designer shoes I would not expect this standard. Very disappointed.”

“Cruise Clothing did not take the VAT off my order even though I reside in Jersey, which is a tax haven. They used to always take it off. Probably illegal but I can't be bothered to take further, very sad really as Zee and Co and Flannels take VAT off Channel Island orders.”
