“I have used cruise club uk on several occasions during the past two years. I have always found them extremely helpful with everything. My agent arranges extremely from flights, transfers,, hotels and cruise. Arranges disability service at airport and ship. I found it interesting that the only time there was a minor problem was transfer at Sydney Airport and this matter was quickly resolved. I have currently two more cruises booked with them which I certainly would not have done if there had been a problem. If you do your job well I will say thanks equally if things go wrong I will quickly let you know that I am not impressed.”
“Worst cruise company we have ever dealt with , we booked a Caribbean cruise on msc and being msc members we were eligible for 10% discount which I asked for many times I was told by cruiseclubuk msc weren’t offering discounts on the cruise as it was a discounted price from msc , since going on the cruise we then found out that cruiseclubuk actually have taken our discount and not passed it on . We have emailed them to ask for our 10%and received nothing back from them so I guess the next step is Abbta . Do not book with these people .”
“Worst cruise company ever keep getting mail already told them to stop sending mail couldn't even get my name wright stole 200 pounds off me paid 2 pound deposit then went to pay another 200 pounds deposit told them they got my surname wrong asked me to pay the t200 pounds which I paid then told me if I wanted my name corrected it would cost me more now 200 pounds out of pocket no morales”
“Twelve months ago, used Cruise Club and Celebrity to visit Australia and New Zealand.
Cruise Club who were responsible for hotels and transfers were conspicuous by their absence. Airport to hotel was chaotic with 50 passengers attempting to use a 40 seater coach. The luggage hold was too small and the aisle of the coach was stacked with cases. Surely, totally against any reasonable safety standard.
At hotel in Sydney, we queued out of the door to check ourselves in as individual couples - why were we not pre-checked and literally hand a key on arrival. We had to offload own luggage from coach.
On departure from Sydney there were no CC representatives to indicate which coach was going to transport us to the airport. Eventually we effectively hi-jacked a coach ourselves.
Interestingly, no CC evaluation sheet was provided or requested, perhaps they knew they were inadequate.
Happy to take money but then the service stops. A holiday with Cruise Club is a once in a lifetime experience, never again.
We are still on their mailing list and brochures go straight into the bin.

“It appears that no-one works in after sales service, unless of course they want to sell you something. Have tried numerous times sending emails and not even a acknowledgement. So WHY can't anyone be bothered to deal with customer queries. Just hope that we have not made a BIG mistake booking our cruise with this company.”

“Not sure if they are crooks or just incompetent. Publish a great offer to entice you in. Because of COVID ships keeps changing and cruise delayed for 2 years - fair enough) but then start removing the 'benefits' that made it such a good deal in the first place (e.g. Excursions that were included no longer included) but you are not allowed to cancel or you'll lose your deposit!!
Communications not great and then when on the cruise discover the 'onboard credit' promised doesn't materialise. MSC blame Cruise Club UK, Cruise Club UK then say the onboard credit was removed months before but nothing in writing to confirm this. Then just start ignoring your emails.
Unless they suddenly come good an honour the missing money I'll never use them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do either.”
“Very sloppy on details, since September 2021 I have been constantly trying on a regular basis to get details of my Celebrity Future Cruise Credit which according to Celebrity was given to CCUK, at one point the communication got quite agitated as if it was all my fault!!!! CCUK gave me a figure! but would not give me the actual FCC details to allow me to use either another agent or book myself, still haven't, Celebrity are also at fault as they will only communicate with the travel agent!!!!! I have ended up having to contact Celebrity by phone in USA, hopefully it will now get sorted, but I must reiterate, it is actually the responsibility of CCUK to have sorted this out, Would I use CCUK again, definitely not!”
