“The app doesn't work, the website doesn't work. Nobody answers the phone. I've been waiting to speak to someone for almost an hour and a half so far. I'm sick of hearing that I can make amendments to my booking using the app when it's the app that told me I CAN'T make amendments using it and I HAVE TO call the stupid number where nobody answers and I have been waiting almost an hour and a half. After this I am not using this company again. Absolutely disgraceful lack of customer care.”
