“I'm surprised to see a couple of reviews saying that their service wasn't good as I had a great experience. Kelly was friendly, professional, communicative and extremely helpful - going the extra mile to expedite my order in time for my partner's birthday. It states their lead time on their website, 2-3 weeks which is totally reasonable given that they are bespoke and of excellent quality. I actually failed to read the lead time myself, but they helped me out of a jam by pushing the order through. Either way the earrings would have been worth waiting for - they're beautiful.”

I sent a query via live chat in the hope this could be changed. The seller answered my query instantly (which I didn't expect as it was quite late at night). Thankfully she changed the order and it was dispatched the next day. I don't often leave reviews but she was super helpful and my experience seems vastly different to a couple of the reviews on here.”

“I bought a gold plated locket necklace in 2020 and it was about two months late delivered, emailed several times never had anything back. When it did magically arrive one day I was actually really disappointed, I’d spent £90 odd on this necklace and it just seemed really thin, cheap and flimsy, it looked so much better quality online. I didn’t want to return because I didn’t even want to bother with the faff that would have been considering no one even answers emails.
The chain snapped after about three months and after four years the gold plating is almost all gone even with proper care. Really disappointing, I feel like it’s a bit of an instagram/influencer scam”
