I’m disappointed I’ve still not received my order of curalin i ordered in June and you’ve had my money but no product have emailed you several times and phoned you but still waiting for my order 😡

The product is astounding and works!! But the shipping and product availability is a problem. I have placed my first order June 18th and have still not received my order. I would like to order more but I have a trust issue now.

A fantastic product from a great company, but... And its a big but... As a customer I can only say I've been confused and frustrated due to issues within the company and its availability of the product. I ordered in May and was not sent my order within the 28 days specified, eventually getting a refund as I paid through PayPal. After many asssurances about receiving my next order, I reordered 6 bottles, at a cost of over £260. To this day I have not received my order. I have had reasons, assurances, free samples and endless placating but no order. I still find it weird that if for whatever reason a company cannot fulfill an order, why does it take immediate payment? If sourcing ingredients or customs holdups are an issue, then why continue with orders? I am on a FB group called "winning t2 diabetes", and I am clearly in the Majority here. Apparently some peoe who ordered in August are getting their supply before people who had ordered in June, bizarre and unfair. Told today my order has shipped and been given a tracking number.... Only on enquiry this is for a sample bottle and NOT my original order from the 3rd July. By all accounts this product is amazing, I will amend my review once I actually receive it, and furthermore If I can order in future without a 4 month wait!

There is no doubt this stuff works. However customer service is a little sketchy. I ordered 6 bottles on 7/29/19. As of today, 9/19/19, I have only received 4.

The product itself is fantastic. The customer service is obviously trying hard to overcome distribution obstacles. I appreciate the effort to supply free product when the purchased order is backlogged. The unpredictability of receiving the product is why I am only giving it 3 stars. Once I can rely on receiving my orders promptly, then I will be happy to give it 5 stars.

I have not received my curalin a month a 2 weeks. The product is an excellent product but getting it is very difficult. It is very expensive but is worth the money because it does lower your blood sugar.

I cannot fault the product however waiting several months for my supply is very concerning once we diabetics come to rely upon it. Although the company has thrown me a couple of pots of 30 tables my main order is still outstanding.

More than happy with results, but was a little shocked that they are produced in Russia, thought they were from the U.S.A. The delivery time is an issue, as I have run out of supplies, and not yet received my new order ,placed over two weeks or more ago. 😍😍

the product help me very much but the shipment is very very bad. nekst the weight of the capsula was lessened from 600 to 500 why?

Do not worry, this is the same CuraLin you know and Love. Due to the FDA requirements, the capsules itself was taken off the ingredients list and is not measured in the weight of CuraLin. I would like to thank Mr Philip Merry for recommending curalin to me. my previous 2 orders was very good until curalife got delivery problem. your customer service have always been courteous and polite and try to be helpful. once i got my supply i will inform Mr Philip and other friends from malaysia and indonesia that the problem in curalife have been resolved. your product, curalin, is very effective on me and i recommended to any friends and acquaintances about it. i wish curalife success cause your success will make others healthy. Well I order a order back in late May and still haven’t received I am disappointed as I was out the last time and still out and got a email saying it be another three week

I love it but no clue when I will receive the last order I placed. Has me looking for something to replace it. Really need my order to come in. Gave it a rating of 3 because of customer service.

The product works very good but delivery is a nightmare. I ordered on 6 June till now product not received when asked they said next week we will post it. Same answer was given a week ago.

Great product. Exceptionally poor delivery time. Customer service unbelievably poor. Not a very good company as far as communication goes. Poor website, quick to take money but extremely slow providing product.
