"We spent a weekend at the Curragh during winter time - it was amazing! The room was cosy and offered everything we needed. Our dinner was fabulous both nights - the special was lamb shank with cabbage and mash - to die for - and the stone oven pizzas were a delight. The lovely owner told us that her chef trained under Jamie Oliver - no wonder! We had great live music, too - it seems, the whole island is very talented. If you are looking for the best pint of Guinness out of Ireland - go to Curragh on Great Barrier Island. Sl\u00e1inte"
