"Terrible customer service\r\n\r\nWe were looking forwarding to receiving a new oven we ordered from Currys to replace a broken one. After a month the day arrived when the Currys fitters came to deliver and install the new oven. We had also paid for them to dispose of the old oven, which had a broken oven but a working gas hob that had kept us going for over a month.\r\n\r\nThe fitters first uninstalled the old oven, but then dropped and broke the new oven (shattering its glass door) whilst bringing it into the house. They stated they could not fit the old one back (despite them being gas fitters). They also told us after speaking to the depot it would be a week before a new one arrived. The fitters also said we should ring the Currys customer service line to see what they could do as recompense and then left, but not before leaving broken glass all over the driveway which they failed to clean up.\r\n\r\nShortly after the Currys fitters left we were sent a text message from Currys to say it would be over a month before a new oven arrived. my wife phoned up customer service to see what could be done as we had been informed the wait would only be a week. In return she was met by a Currys customer service rep who only offered a 10% discount in return for the huge mess up caused by the fitters. With this 10% discount we will have to go out and buy a counter top hob and oven! Meanwhile we have a gaping hole where the new oven should have gone and nothing to cook large meals with over the Christmas period.\r\n\r\nAll-in-all a terrible customer service experience. Why didn't the fitters bring the new oven into the house before disconnecting the old one in case of an issue? We then felt deceived over the date they initially gave us for installing the replacement oven, and finally we were met by a customer service team who were disinterested about the situation and were only prepared to offer a small discount which won't even cover the costs for the purchase of a temporary counter top hob and oven."

“What a joke this company is. Don’t buy anything from them you are better off using Argos. Amazon or any other shop. Nothing is worse then their customer service. They are lying, breaching GDPR by giving you personal numbers. Manager never call you back. They cancel your order without permission and don’t give you money back. Also after sharing my story with my friends, I have found out that they had a similar experience in the past. One of them where waiting 2months for a replacement of a brand new fridge that was faulty when delivered.”

“This is the first time that I've ever posted a 1* review online. We bought a gas hob from Currys which, after it was installed, turned out to be leaking gas and dangerous. We had to have the hob isolated until Currys could replace it. Currys then charged us for the second installation. I have tried repeatedly to get help from Customer Service but they simply break promises and do not get in touch with me. This has gone on for a month. Please think twice before buying anything from this company. When I posted the above review I was contacted by a member of the Currys Trustpilot support team. After an exchange of a number of emails I was assured on 10th October that I would receive our refund within 10 days. Over 2 weeks later we have not received anything and my follow up emails have had no response. We really should not be put through this kind of stress by Currys.”

“Contrary to other Reviews posted, our experience with Currys @ Torquay was exceptional. Firstly Jeanette who assisted us with the Fridge/Freezer at the outset, to the follow-up calls she made to us to inform us of when the item was in stock....thank you. We were kept updated by Texts of the delivery date, and on 23/10/23, the bulky package was delivered up a long sloping driveway by Paul and Rob. These were not the usual characters that bring items to your front door with a grunt, but helpful, courteous, and nothing was to much trouble for them, thank-you both. All in all a seamless transaction, helped by the Staff at Currys. Ta.”

West got rid of the derogatory, collections, eviction and bankruptcy that messed my credit score up. “A Nightmare of an Experience with Currys I wish I could give Currys a lower rating than one star because they've truly earned it. My recent encounter with this company has been nothing short of a customer service horror story. If you're looking for a company that values your time, respects your requests, and employs qualified professionals, look elsewhere – because you won't find it here. First of all, we had informed the store multiple times that we needed a qualified electrician to install an integral washing machine. Despite our efforts to make this clear, the individual they sent on the initial delivery date (16/10/2023) was far from qualified to handle the job. He had no idea what he was doing and made promises he couldn't keep. He told us that we would have the installation completed by the next day, but that turned out to be a lie. Instead, we received a text later in the evening saying that the delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday between 08:00 and 14:00. We adjusted our plans, rearranged our schedules, and waited patiently, only to be met with empty promises yet again. Wednesday came and went, and there was no sign of Currys or their elusive "qualified professionals." Fed up, I decided to call customer service, hoping for some clarity and resolution. To my dismay, I was met with unhelpful, robotic responses from representatives who seemed more interested in reading from their scripts than genuinely assisting a customer in need. To add insult to injury, they informed me that there was no one available to perform the installation and, you guessed it, rescheduled it again. The final straw was the text message that arrived in the evening, proclaiming, "Great news! Your delivery will be with you on the 27th." I had already informed them of our unavailability during certain dates, but they clearly couldn't care less about their customers' needs. In conclusion, if you want to save yourself from unnecessary stress, frustration, and wasted time, I strongly recommend avoiding Currys at all costs. Their incompetence, poor communication, and disregard for their customers' schedules are astounding. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Shop elsewhere and spare yourself this ordeal.”

“I am Sonya, base in California. I fell victim to a fraudulent crypto asset scam after scammers directed me to the website “liquldohn.com/h5.”I met Fergus Lee through LinkedIn, and we then communicated through the online app Line. Fergus showed me how to set up an account on Crypto.com and gave me the link to “liquldohn.com/h5.” I started with $3,000 and got back $1,607 on the first trade. Fergus then convinced me to withdraw from my 401(k) retirement account, and transfer to Liquldohn. I sent almost $90,000 in three separate transactions. At some point, I believed I had made a profit of more than$200,000. But when I tried to withdraw the funds, Liquldohn’s “customer service” told me my account would be frozen and I would have to deposit $28,000to” unfreeze” it. I have not been able to recover funds until someone I know recommended “HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOTCOM” whom I contacted immediately and gave him all the necessary information and also funded the recovery process; although it wasn’t expensive and I am glad I did. West recovered all my money and also reviewed the identity of the Romanian scammer to me which I submitted to the Interpol. I will always recommend Hack West to everyone who needs their services.”

“Horrible experience and no help from customer service. I ordered a table top dishwasher. It was supposed to arrive up to 5 days. The delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday so I moved it to Saturday to be at home. No delivery, no information was provided. A few days later when checking the tracking it said it is going back to Currys. I wrote to customer service to find out why is that and they said that unfortunately on Saturday the courier damaged the product and they will give me a refund in a priority order (24-48 hours). I wrote them on the fourth day again and they said that the refund was refused and they raised it again and I need to wait up to 14 days! And then they processed it as a return from my side that I was not happy with the order even if I never even received it. The only thing that they said they can do is raise a complaint in my name. No emails received with all this updates. Every time I need to write them to find out what is going on! So I have no dishwasher and no money. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone and definitely don't recommend buying anything from Currys online.”

“Be Careful about sites or groups on Facebook that promise high ROI if you invest with them. I got ripped off after I invested my hard earned money with one group I contacted via Facebook. I invested 32,000 USD and got an interest of about 11,000 USD after a month which appeared on my dashboard. Few days later I was asked to invest in their Gold package and that informed me to invest about 250,000 to get about 1,000,000 USD in less than one month. After I enrolled in this package I was unable to withdraw after two months, I tried severally and texted support but was asked to invest more then I knew it was a scam. I read about RECOVERYCOINGROUP AT GMAIL DOT COM and quickly contacted them. After meeting up with their requirements, all my money was recovered in less than seven days without any trouble. I strongly recommend this group.”

“Recently took out a new phone contract (samsung s23 ultra) with the new deal on the website the phone was meant to come with a free gift of galaxy earbuds. The phone arrived when expected but the package was missing the earbuds, I called in relation to this and a very appologetic advisor said she can see they were meant to be added and will arrange for someone to call to arrange delivery of them. A week passes and I hear nothing so call again, this time a male advisor says the same thing and appologised again. Another week passes and i hear nothing so call again, this time to also complain that noone has bothered to call me, I then get told actually head office have looked into it and even though 2 previous advisors said they could see they were with my order and i should have been sent them and were in my basket when i paid, that in fact I'm not entitled to them and they wont be being sent. I asked to speak to a manager, none where available so he said that he would get a manager to call me. Low and behold another week passes and nothing, but which time im outside of the cooling off period for the phone and contract and down on earbuds (£219) so i call again, only to be told no manager available again but get to speak to a supervisor, who was appologetic (rightly) and offered the first month of the contract refunded (£43) not quite the earbuds I was entitled to, and now locked in a contract because they dont get back to customers or fullfil their deals. Absolute con!”

“Order MacBook full payment paid extra for delivery and next day no delivery and ask to deliver order or refund money they have said refund but no confirmation email no product delivery my account order status show dispatch and when you talk to customer they will say refunded, bunch of liars and scammers they will hold your money unauthorised access to account AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT”

“Currys are con artists and there customer service goes from bad to abysmal. 3 weeks ago I went to buy a laptop which was discounted by £150. I was made to wait for a customer service person at their Brixton store. When I went and asked where the person was and for some help to buy the product I knew I wanted I was told there was non in store or the warehouse. There was some at the Oxford Street store. I asked to make the purchase there and then so it could be ready for me to pick up the next day. We don't get involved in that you'll have to do that tomorrow. The next day I went to make the purchase only to be told the price had reverted to it's full price and the store couldn't travel back in time to honor yesterday's price and that the Brixton store could have and should have let me make my purchase there!!!I called and complained to the customer services and after 45 minutes they said they'd honor the previous days price,. A conversion took place between the customer service representative, store manager and myself on how to do the refund. I'd purchase the product online for same day collection and pick it up there and then. I'd call customer services back give them the purchase number and they'd implement the refund. When I called back I was told the accounts department would call back within 3 days as they were the only one's to process refunds. No phone call happened. The following week I called to complain that no phone call or refund had happened to be told the systems had been down I was made to wait and told the refund had been authorised by a manager and I'd get a call in 3 days. No call happened. The following week I called again to complain no call no refund and insisted on speaking with a manager. Eventually I spoke with a Amanda a Manager who promised she had authorised the refund and arranged to contact me the next day at 10.30 am it's now 3pm no call. I've escalated this further. I've been told to Wait 48 hours for a call back. This is how con men work when ripping people off. Always full of hollow promises. DON'T SHOP CURRY'S”

“Hey guys, I am Ava. I was skeptical at first but after reading so many reviews I had to give “HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOT COM” a try. Mind you, I was burned by two others who claimed to help. Hack West helped remove my information from the darkweb and also fixed my credit score. The student loans, eviction, collections and charge offs were removed and my FICO score increased to 790 average. West also helped to recover about $78k worth of BTC I lost via a romance scam. Hack West is reliable and honest; I promised to let the world know about West, perhaps this 5 star review. Please note I wasn't in any way paid to write this review.”

“Paid for installation service by Currys for an integrated fridge freezer. The installation team dropped the high gloss kitchen doors and Currys are not prepared to pay to correct the damage. An offer of £216 - absolute joke! Never use Currys installation service”

“I used my house rent to pay XAPCREDITSOLUTION at gmail dot com to get my credit fixed and I did not regret that because he got my credit fixed. My credit score was at 560 when I contacted XAP and I had countless charge offs and collections. I explained everything to XAP and he promised to get all these erased and I will get to have a good credit score and also increase my credit cards limit and get approved for loans once again. I took heed to his advice and I followed his steps....on the fifth day, my credit score rocketed up to 790 (excellent score); three days after, I was able to apply for credit cards and loans afterwards. I don't have any debts anymore and my credit is currently at 810 till date because the team guided me through and how to make my credit clean so what he did is actually a permanent change on my report. He is the guy I've ever worked with in my life that can guarantee good results. I couldn't believe this until it was done in a very short timeframe. XAP Credit Solution is the best.”

“I’ve been trying to get my care and repair plan money as I had to cancel it after paying it as we are pensioners and are short of money for other bills I rang numerous time keep being fed all different answers telling me I would receive a cheque this has been going on since July 25th 2023 and still no check has arrived . They now are wanting my bank details which I’m reluctant to give as I’ve been fed with so many untruths all I want is my cheque whuch I am entitled too. The service has been diabolical to treat good honest customers like this.”

“I met someone on an online dating app. At some point, the scammer instructed me to send crypto assets to what I believed was a legitimate banking app based in Singapore. But the scammer provided fake instructions so that my money went into the crypto asset wallet belonging to the scammer instead. I deposited Ethereum (ETH) into the scammer’s account on three separate occasions, eventually losing thousands of dollars. I hired HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOT COM who specializes in crypto assets recovery and other hacking services and was able to locate the scammer’s wallet through blockchain forensic analysis and was able to retrieve my entire funds they stole from me. It's about 673,000 USD in total. Although Hack West didn’t do this for free, it was worth it. I will always tell everyone about my experience with West and his team.”

“I was ripped off my life saving by “Lisa Harris”, who had a presence on multiple online platforms Lisa enticed me with an investment opportunity that promised good returns in 24 hours.
