“The selection of cakes on your website is amazing. I wish I lived close enough to visit the actual bakery! On the postal cakes, I feel it’s important advise you on future postal cakes that there should be a sticker on the package to say ‘this way up’. I say this because I spotted the courier walking up my drive with the package and to my horror he was carrying it on its side by one hand, like it was any old thing. The fact it had a sticker saying ‘contains food’ didn’t seem to mean anything. I was sure the cake was going to be a mess. Thankfully the packaging saved it.”

“I sent afternoon tea as a present to a relative. They loved it and said it was delicious. Delivery was efficient and communication for its arrival was good. My only complaint is that it was a surprise gift so I filled in a message to go with the delivery but this didn’t arrive so they had no clue who it was from.”

“The hamper was great but I was not impressed with the delivery service. I was asked to pick a delivery date, which I did but my item was delivered a day later. Thankfully, the re was someone at home to receive it.”

“Fantastic cake. Remains fresh for a longer time. I liked the crunchy bits in the middle. Charging extra for message on the chocolate disc seems bit excessive. But overall it was good.”

“The cake I ordered was quite pretty but so incredibly sweet that none of the guests finished their piece. I might try them again because they deliver and the cakes are pretty but never again the strawberry eat on mess.”

“Cake was lovely. Very nice. Unfortunately it was delivered with the box not even being closed!? No tape, nothing… So anyone could have opened it and breathed on it. Not good especially with COVID-19! Would have expected the cake to be delivered safely and taped at least”

“Delivered on time, packed ok, scones cream and jam were divine, mince pies lovely, gingerbread ok but not great .. too sweet and claggy and not very gingery, sorry!! .. All in all a very nice Christmas treat sent by a friend. Thank you.”

“The cookie cream cake did not disappoint as usual. This is the second time I have ordered the cake and have been surprised by the quality and taste of the cake each time. The only disappointment was the chocolate disc with the message written on it. I ordered a larger cake this time and expected that disc to be bigger and in line with the cake size, which it was not. So it looked a bit stupid as it was too small to appreciate the message that was written on it. Otherwise would definitely recommend and use again.”
